No problem I'll just ask one of the staff for help. However the one guy that works in this area was on a lengthy conversation phone call with district manager. I listen to him talk for over five minutes about moving product and how some things were selling slow. So I stood off to the side obviously waiting for him to get off the phone. After a while I got tired of waiting so I go to the deli and ask them if they can please call somebody to come to aisle 15 and help me out. And then I stood at the end of the aisle and waited. After waiting another five minutes nobody showed up. So I go walking back to the guy on the phone and he gets off the phone, turns and walks to the back. I would have gone to another store but I was on a time crunch even more now. I got a simple wrench set and didn't get the other gear I wanted. if people at Ace wonder why this location is slow selling, for starters it's because the customer service is lousy. Looking at timestamps of text messages whileI was in the store, I have waited over 25 minutes just trying to get a simple wrench set because there's nobody available to help get the thing that I need. I should never have come here to get hardware and should have gone to another place instead where they have dedicated staff they can help you out instead of one guy in a grocery store.

Throughout the process staff regularly checked in on me and did everything they could to help. Tom and Pete in particular were instrumental in helping me find exactly what I needed. The clerk remarked that the model we had bought is a "POS" so even the staff knew it was a substandard mower yet sold it to an 83 year old man. When I was informed that it was available for pickup at Customer Service the clerk was unable to find the location of the item. I proceeded to sit back and wait patiently while she looked for the item. About 45 minutes later she finally came back to tell me that she hadn't found it yet! I was appalled that she didn't come back earlier to tell me that the wait would be this long! Eventually she found the item, 'in a place where it wasn't supposed to be' she said.... This happened at about 5 PM yesterday and I observed that customer service was practically abandoned at that time with only one lady who continued to talk on the phone looking away from me 'cuz she knew I'd be an upset customer if she acknowledged me. Keeping things simple, I immediately paid off the dishwasher I bought in December of 2025. This was the first time I'd used the card--and the last. A Lowe's employee let me take a screen shot that verified what I've tried to prove to Synchrony and I've included it in my correspondence, I've disputed the unpaid balance three times, but the documented attempts have gotten me nowhere. I'm 82 and never carry a balance, always pay in full when the bill comes in. Now I'm being hounded and my credit rating is taking a huge hit.
