Absolutely terrible. The owner Javier, came out to provide an estimate for removal of a small madrone and some limb trimming. The entire time he was here he moaned and groaned about the angle of the hillside, and he acted like the whole thing was just a big inconvenience. Talking to him was like pulling teeth, he barely said two words; it was as if he was trying to lose business. I remained patient and agreeable to what little he had to say. I agreed to his estimate and we set an appointment. The day before the appointment, I called and left him a message to confirm. He did not call back and ultimately he was a no show. He totally wasted my time. I just don't get people who are in business, yet they treat customers poorly. Oh well there are dozens of tree service companies in the valley. Don't be afraid to trust his opinion, he knows trees. Has a fantastic crew with topnotch climber, lots of great equipment. He's never wasted my time. It takes no time to show him the work and bids comes by email lickidysplit. He's on-the-job exactly when he says. He runs a fire crew so during fire season he'll let you know upfront he's 'on-call'. read more
