The inspector, Jed, did a fabulous job. He is so easy to work with! Knowledgeable, patient, super responsive to questions, just a pleasure to work with! The report received was very detailed with lots of pictures and even videos. They also have a concierge service that comes with the inspection. I haven't used it yet, but it looks great. Includes help with utility set up, recall checks, lifetime technical support and warranties. I will be using Inspect Montana when I have future inspection needs.

We agreed on a price and I asked when he'd come out to do the work as I'd be out of town a bit. He assured me once they could get me on the schedule I would be contacted. This did not happen. I came out of a camping trip on a Tuesday after no cell service since Friday evening to find text messages from him that they were done with the trimming (from Monday!) could I come outside and look at their work, and payment was needed. Shock and upset raced thru me as I read these messages, hours from my house to be able to see what had transpired in my absence. I was never contacted, nor did I consent to them entering my property that day to do work. I'd made clear to Rob when he did the bid to tell me when they'd put me on the schedule. When I told him this he apologized and said it was a miscommunication with the office. His miscommunication is my backyard being entered without my permission and trees being cut to a degree that the shade lost will take decades to grow back. The work they did was excessive and irreversible on old trees that took decades to grow. I am shocked, upset and unhappy with the entitlement that took place on my land while I was out of town. I truly don't understand how someone would think it's okay to work on someone's land without their knowledge. In no way do I feel good about my experience with them.

This is a follow up from my 1st review. Our Garage collapsed in February '25. As I noted in my first review Travis, the owner of GC, came to assess the damage to the structure within a few hours of discovering it had fallen. He immediately assessed the damage but I hired him on the spot because of thoroughness in his assessment. My experience with GC, Travis and each and every member of his crew could not have been more exceptional. They were there at the crack of dawn and continuing to work by flashlight. After the job was done there were a couple of very small items I requested be done. Again, in hours, not days or months Travis had someone there to take care of my request. If I ever have the need for a contractor I would not hesitate using GC again. These reviews should have a 10th star for those individuals/companies who truly earn each and every star. It also must be said that these folks were absolutely wonderful to have around our home. We cannot recommend them enough. John Espy read more

WE forgot to reinstall in and they walled it in and had to rip it out and redo some. He did not charge me extra despite losing some time. The work looks good, and he was very fast. He brought one worker with him and they were quiet and courteous. Any small issues I had, he fixed them and he asked me to inspect their work multiple times. Good Value, Good Quality work.
