I was told via text message that I will no long be able to make an appointment because I didn't give them 24 hours notice for the cancelation. There are plenty of dental offices in the area. I would suggest people use them 1st or go to the emergency dental center for compassionate dental care. Again Stay away from this dental office. They don't treat people with disabilities with anything close to respect.

Not everyone enjoys the dentist but I actually like it. The reason being is I like my dentist and her staff. I don't really enjoy practically laying down with my mouth open, with saw like sounds coming from it but there are tvs to distract you from all the noise. The dentists also speak Cantonese which is good for people who are more comfortable conversing in this language. Through the years there have been some new staff, which haven't been as good as some of the longer staff, and I wished they didn't do work on my teeth. I really appreciated when I didn't have health coverage that they took this into consideration. It's always nice to receive a toothbrush and floss when you leave, although I prefer choosing a toy from the treasure box just like when I was a kid. I will keep coming back as long as the dentists and long time staff continue to work here.

Rick is about the same vintage as Gino was, and both denturists seem competent and efficient. I have continued with Horizon for my annual check-ups, a relining of my dentures, and a repair. I am satisfied so far, although waiting times for my repair and relining seemed little longer than in the old days with Gino, but this could be nothing more than a seasonal thing or individual circumstances. So far, so good however, and I will update again after next year's appointment.

To this day I firmly believe he didn't even touch every single one of my teeth let alone clean them! The professional showed me xrays and how little progress actually had been on my cavities and informed me where the dark spots would need to be before they'd usually fill cavities. He at first refused to give me a refund then upon taking to a professional dentist came back and admitted there was in fact over lapping on the new X-ray (which is the filling between my teeth causing me pain and discomfort) but then tried to turn around and say it was the position of the X-ray and probably a shadow! Is that why I'm in pain yah friggen quack?! Just terrible experience all together. While dealing with him he also raised his voice, like I'm in the wrong for wanting my teeth fixed by someone who didn't destroy them to begin with. He insisted on looking him self multiple times. No one in this "clinic" will ever be near my teeth again. The damage is done and you're being told so by a WELL ESTABLISHED CLINIC. I called the office and was booked for a consultation two days later. I didn't need a referral. I liked the Dentist and her staff. I booked the procedure to be done one week following the consult. I have complete confidence in Dr. Roche and the staff. I am happy with the procedure and booked another appointment in a couple of weeks. The office is bright and spacious. It's colourful and chill. There is some free parking at the back of the building. Very nice.
