Whom placed me at a very nice table. I looked over the menu, which had a little something for everybody. To be honest I liked that, plus there wasnt an over abundance of items... it was that goldilocks moment... just right. I decided to try the grape leaves. I asked if they had made them themselves and they did -which is what pushed me in the direction. You get two very stuffed grape leaves --that are definitely made in house. I was not really a fan of the lemon sauce that they use. I didnt dislike it, I felt it was a tad too thick and not enough lemon. However, I seemed to eat all of it, which is something I dont do at most places, so despite it needing more lemon I must of liked it more than I initially realized. As far as ambience, it still has the footprint of the former sushi restaurant. the bar is completely unchanged. however, they have these lovely little lilac flowers or Japanese cherry flowers hanging from trellises throughout the entire back dining room. makes it look lovely. This transforms it into its own identity. i liked it. They had soft music playing. I wasn't sure if it was Mediterranean or Spanish, but I enjoyed it. I liked my time there The one thing that needs mentioned is the pricing of the salad proteins. This is confusing. I was going to order a salad but the menu had it listed the price of a salad. Them below protiens. The price listed on menu is not in addition to salad. Its the final price of the salad. I did not realize that and thus didnt order the salad. I also didn't like being quoted 10.80 for my total and then having it changed because I used American Express to 11 something. Personally, I feel businesses should make it a little easier for their customer in the cost of doing business should be at the restaurants expense in that situation. I probably would've tipped more had they not popped up my price Tbo Would I come back? absolutely. However, I will bring cash the next time so my bill doesnt go up. Lol.

When you think of a sandwich, what is the most important ingredient - bread, of course. You can layer any variety of meat, cheese and veggies on your bread but bread is the foundation of any sandwich. So, yesterday, I walk in and I'm told they aren't accepting any walk-in orders because they only have enough bread to finish filling their online orders. WHAT, a sandwich shop with no bread in the middle of a Saturday afternoon?? On top of it, I had an email from them (I'm in their frequent eaters club, whatever it's called), telling me to hurry in because I had an award (a free bag of chips) that was expiring today. So, no bread, no sandwich and no free bag of chips. Fortunately for me, both of their main competitors have stores within 1/2 mile of this location. I'd say this experience left me with a "bad tastin my mouth", but actually it left me nothing to taste.

This would be a little further from our house, but the Service, the owner, the staff, all of that pulls me back to Polaris. It's two days before Christmas gang, things are gonna be a little crazy as it was on the interstate getting to the store. I didn't even try finding a spot in their direct private lot. I just parked next-door and walked over. Everything was clearly marked and there was the very long line out the store. Yes, there's gonna be a 40 minute wait. For those of us who prepaid and scheduled a pick up time, shortest, quickest, most efficient line off to the left-hand side. Somebody walked in and asked the owner who was helping us out if they could accommodate a woman with a walker. He was very quick to say absolutely, bring her up to me directly. I will help her. He welcomed me by saying Merry Christmas and I said Merry Christmas and oh my god this is so great! All I could think about was the amount of business he's operating the people the demand the availability the service right before the holiday. I was super happy for him and his staff and his business. The store was very clean, manageable and yes, for those who didn't pre-pay in pre-order you definitely need to understand it's gonna be a minute. He shared with me every other store in the area shut down and everyone was forced to come to Polaris and then endure the wait. I hope the customers behind me prepaid or otherwise are nice to him and his team as was to me. This is definitely a trendsetter Honey Baked Ham store and a nice reminder why they're always so good providing an optimal experience. Merry Christmas!

They have a great chickpea dish that I usually bring home and mix with rice for an easy meal. The best thing I've tried there so far is the spicy peanut noodles!! Warning: It's addictive! The dishes are pricey, but they use mainly organic ingredients. I don't think you could get this quality vegan, organic food anywhere else for less (if there even is another option in the Columbus area?). The space is very clean and well lit, and the employees are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking in their lot. I am happy to support this business!

You can pick up last minute meals there too so if you live/work on the north side it's a great dinner option. They cater too. They also do cooking classes.

I decided to go into their corporate store at their factory and get some regular ones for the rest of the family. They had a great sale on Valentine's Day products with cookies included. The in-store experience was OK although it was lacking something. May be warmth. I mean it is a cookie place after all, they weren't exactly rude. Just apathetic. There was a big disconnect between online and in person. I was really surprised with that. You can't order online to pick up in the store and they don't have any answers whatsoever to anything regarding Cheryl's cookies online even though it's made right there.

Picked a few, tried a couple of the sugar free in the fridge. As I was ready to pay, this old lady rung me up. I asked her (with a smile) how do they sweeten their sugar free cookies? She replied, "I don't know, it's there on the label, they make it in the back." I almost didn't want to purchase those cookies right there. But, I know proper etiquette and I am not a rude person. Well, their cookies are blah. Yes they are soft. But that's it. They're all too sweet and lacks the flavor. Expensive too, almost $3/cookie! My home is a 4 bedroom house with a basement but not everything needed to be moved out. It took them way longer than expected to complete the move (12 hours one day and had to come back the next day to finish for 8 hours or so!). The total bill charged ended up being way more (obviously) than I anticipated.... Way too expensive than the competitors. To make matters worse, during our move (8/11/2019), the movers scratched my hardwood floor but were prompt in recognizing the issue and submitting it right away to their "Claims" department (I doubt there is such a department as I have yet to receive a call from them or anyone from this company in the matter). I have been calling them constantly to follow up on the claim as I am in the process of finalizing a sale on my house and have still not gotten a resolution. I keep getting the run arounds every time I call them and never get any followup call backs as they always promise. It's 8/30/19 today and still no resolution and I am closing on my house in less than a week. My latest call conversation was on Wednesday, 8/28/19 and the representative promised he would give me a status update on the same day and still nothing 2 days later. Mind you, when they were partially down with the work on the first day, they requested payment to be made right before they could leave my house but it's taking them weeks to even attempt to process my claim. SO FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!! NEVER USING THEM, EVER AGAIN!!!

You have a concierge to answer questions when you purchase & a dispatcher to tell you where the movers are via text and/or phone call. A $400 down payment is required. Our rate was $160/hour all inclusive, no minimum # of hours required. We had about 25 items moved, all big stuff like mattresses, washer, dryer, couch, dressers... it took them 3 hours, including 25 minute travel time. All payment can be made online via PayPal. Tommy, Mark and Matt, our movers, were phenomenal. They offered to move any item we wanted & were great conversationalist. While they deserved several breaks, they didn't stop until they were done. The service, friendliness and communication from booking the appointment to the last item moved exceeded my expectations. In general, hiring movers is worth every penny. I can not recommend Local Anything enough! The only complaint I had was they arrived an hour and a half later than the 2 hour buffer/service time. Though they quickly made up for that small annoyance.
