I really dislike the direction some businesses are going when it comes to making their customer experience so robotic. While I know Crumbl is a chain and I've only been to two of their locations, I can say that life has been sucked out of these stores. The space itself has a small ordering area and long kitchen behind it. It's very minimal, kind of like a doctor's office, with the stark white walls and lighting. You place your order on the television screens and tablets they have on the wall. They have one of each of their cookies out on the counter so you can see what they look like in real life. When your cookies are ready, your order is called out and placed on the counter. And you're done. This store only had one person working and I imagine it's a lot to be handling everything all at once, so I can't fully blame the staff for the lack of good service. But goodness, if you want to support a local cookie shop that's friendly and inviting and the customer service goes above and beyond, head to Lion Cub's Cookies instead. As for the cookies themselves, they are extremely rich. My boyfriend and I nibbled on them throughout the weekend but ultimately decided that we liked a few of the local cookie shops more.

I love this location! Their staff are so friendly and warm. They were generous in donating their amazing chocolate chip cookies for our mental health first aid training through a non-profit. I would highly recommend Crumbl

Crumbl is my absolute favorite. I've ordered delivery so many times. But the most recent time, the driver left the cookies on the porch. No knock either. Within 5-10 minutes the cookies were covered in ants. The only one edible was the special trifle cookie jar thing in a covered container separate than the cookie box. Super sad about this experience and the loss of $27. I appreciate the business and the drivers. But hope they come up with a different idea when it comes to summertime and leaving them outside.

Recently we celebrated a birthday in our family and were looking for a new place to order some sweet treats. This is a relatively new Crumbl location near our house so I thought I would give them a try. There are several options for ordering, curbside, pickup or in store. I choose to download the app and order curbside. We choose a box of 6 and decided to get one of each offered so we had neapolitan, walnut chocolate chip, frozen hot chocolate, cinnamon swirl, milk chocolate chip and classic sugar. Upon arriving we opened the app and checked in. In just a few minutes our cookies were brought out to the car and I could feel that they were still warm through the box. These cookies are huge! We were able to cut them into pieces for everyone to try and we still had leftovers. Overall the favorites of the group were the frozen hot chocolate and classic sugar. I would recommend these especially if you are looking for a dessert for a larger group.

Pretty good Crumbl location. When we came in, there was no one else there, so we were in and out super quickly. Overall, the store was very clean, and the employees were friendly. We enjoyed seeing the samples out of all the cookies (both in normal size and mini size). When they came to give us our box, they double checked to make sure our order was correct, and there was one cookie missing, and they took care of it right away and made it seem like no problem at all! The family loved the cookies when we brought them home. All fresh-tasting and delicious. They were basically gone within the day!

Expensive gourmet cookies to shock your sweet tooth back into submission!! Wow! These cookies are sweet! I'll be bouncing off the wall for hours now!! I had some friends raving about Crumbl Cookies so I had to check them out. Cute Store & Marketing - I easily placed a small order using their app. Once at the store, i noticed a easy self-ordering process of a very limited variety of cookie options. The in-store experience was crowded and a bit hectic but since I had ordered online, I simply waited for them to call my name. The 4 pak cookies come boxed in these very nice pink boxes so they would be great for a gift or a surprise treat for anyone you want to put into a sugar comma. Cookie Choices - Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Hazelnut Sea Salt, Blueberry Muffin, Classic Pink Sugar and Birthday Cake ft Oreo. I get the impression that the menu options change up weekly, however it was so hectic in the store I couldn't confirm this. Flavor - I took a small bite of the four cookies I ordered (Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Hazelnut Sea Salt and Birthday Cake ft Oreo). First off...wow! This is lot of sugar!! They are way too sweet for my taste. I can see why my sugar-aholic friends would love this place but for me the cookies are huge and way too sweet. My favorite was the Snickerdoodle and Hazelnut Sea Salt. Value - these cookies are $4 a cookie which I think is very expensive for a cookie like this. But if you're seeing this as a treat then I guess some can justify the cost. I'm sure you're also paying hefty for such fancy packaging. Overall I can see why some would love getting their sugar fix from here. However for me, I'm glad I gave them a try, but they just aren't my favorites. At least I now have a good gift idea for when my friends have a birthday or special occasion. **I updated and downgraded my review as a result of the poor interaction with Crumbl customer service. The manager replied to my review and requested I contact customer service, which I did out of respect for them. Things went down hill from there. Not only is the Customer Service site frustrating and cumbersome to use, the representative Megan, was expecting me to go through all these hoops for her. I explained it isn't worth my time and energy for cookies. This was one of the most out of touch customer service interactions I've had in a long time.

One little itty bitty piece of cookie dough on the cookie. Yet when I ask for more the employee instead wants to ARGUE!
    Oli G.

Cookie Dough cookie with one little nugget of cookie dough. FOH! Politely asked for more cookie dough on the cookie to at least look like the model cookie they have out on the counter and the worker acted like if she gave me a few more pieces of cookie dough she was going to go to the electric chair, a firing squad, head chopped off at the gallows, burned at the stake or crucified. $9.22 for two cookies just to be told "NO." What happened to the paying customer is always right! More and more I go to places and they have the AUDACITY to act like they're doing ME and other paying customers a favor and NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! It's ton of raw cookie dough in that place yet they bitch and moan to add a little more. ROGER THAT!

We stopped by and picked up a 4 pack including 2 milk chocolate chip cookies, a peanut butter nougat, and a sugar cookie with frosting and sprinkles. We'd been hoping for a Blue Monster, but it was later in the afternoon and they had run out. We'll have to watch for it to appear on the menu again. The staff was friendly and efficient. The cookies are huge and delicious, and all of them were much enjoyed.

    Joseph S.

Not a bad visit. Went in for the first time and got the classic chocolates chip, 2 peanut butter and jelly and a strawberry. Pretty good cookies but very expensive. They're bigger cookies than you'd expect, but watch your wallet or you'll spend more than you wanted if your sweet tooth is craving a cookie.

    Jacki B.

Crumbl Cookies provides the perfect special treat. You can buy the cookies individually, in a box of four, or six. We chose 4, since it was our first Crumbl Cookies visit and we wanted to try a little bit of everything. The cookies were served warm, with the toppings perfectly melts when pulled apart. Our favorites were the chocolate chip and the birthday cake ft. Oreos. These cookies are a bit sweet, so a couple bites was enough for me, but we would definitely come back when we needed a sweet tooth craving fix.

I checked out Crumbl today since I was picking up dinner in the same shopping plaza. It was such a nice treat to stop in!! They had so many workers cooking in the back & all the cookies looked delicious up front. I ended up buying two regular chocolate chip, peanut butter, and m&m. I was craving a chocolate chip cookie and these were sooo yummy! Super rich and chocolate but still soft and gooey in the center. A great dessert for after dinner or before

We were gifted tickets for the German Village picnic Giftory experience which gave us two macarons of our choosing and two vanilla shortbread cookies for free. We chose the raspberry chambord and pistachio macarons while also ordering two pistachio cloud matchas. All of the desserts were excellent. The raspberry macaron was very fruit forward while the pistachio was more subdued, but still had a spot on flavor. Even with sugar coating the shortbread cookies, the touch of vanilla made them taste light. I could easily see myself eating far too many of those. The star of the show was the matcha. 10/10! I've never had a pistachio flavored drink, so I was a little hesitant, but wow, I'm glad I ordered it! The matcha base wasn't overly sweet nor was the pistachio foam overly salty. Perfect mix of sweet and savory. Even thought the line was out the door, it moved at a decent pace and our drinks didn't take too long to receive. I'd like to try the strawberry matcha next time, but I'm not sure if I can pass up the pistachio Highly recommend!

I think the issue is with the chocolate they use for the mocha but it had such an odd flavor that I couldn't bring myself to finish it. The croissant was fine and not memorable and I won't say too much on the macaron because I think I just realized I'm not really a macaron person so I can't fairly judge them there. The cafe is itty bitty and there is absolutely no seating inside so it's more of a grab and go situation. There are a few seats outside so hopefully you can snag a seat when the weather is nicer. **5 stars for the milk bread**…read more FUN FACT -- Tous Les Jous is owned by a South Korean food conglomerate group (same concept as Paris Baguette) and this is a bakery with Asian and European baked goods. I visited Tous Les Jours for the first time on Memorial Day (May 2026) at the Columbus location. I arrived around 2:30pm on a Monday. Surprisingly, they had lots of options available even with my late arrival because most bakeries run out of items quickly. They sell croissants, cakes, milk breads, macarons, drinks, etc. MY ORDER ($18.95 total for 4 items) -- Twist Donut ($2.95), Sweet Frank Roll ($4.50), Almond Croissant ($4.75), and a Whole Milk Loaf bread ($6.75). 1. Twist donut ($2.95) - sweet but not overly sweet. It tasted just like a regular twist donut that you'll find at other donut shops. 2. Sweet Frank Roll ($4.50) - good. Perfect savory option for breakfast or lunch. Soft and buttery bread base. I think $3 would have been a better price but the bread roll was good. I ate this in my car before driving back to Cleveland. It held me over until I got home. 3. Almond Croissant ($4.75) - my favourite item - buttery with some almond cream or paste inside. Topped with almonds. I don't like creamy things at all and I didn't realize that this croissant had a cream inside until I opened it but the cream is very light and it is more of a spread than a cream. 4. Whole Milk Loaf Bread ($6.75) - Fresh and soft. Definitely my other favourite item. This was all gone within a day, that's how good it was. Buttery goodness. The best bread. Overall, I enjoyed visiting Tous Les Jours and I hope to visit their Cleveland location soon. I ordered takeout so I didn't sit in but they have some tables and chairs available. I'll definitely be back if I'm close by the area again. Tous Les Jours means everyday in French and I wish I could visit them everyday...haha. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 101/250 total reviews in 2026 - 942 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 27 May 2026

New location, same great service and taste!…read more I have tried donuts in many states and countries and I have yet to find one better than here. Well, if I'm honest there was this Amish stand at a farmers market in Central PA that had outstanding donuts, but they only sold them a few times a year and I have no idea how to find them! This trip, I got the big boy donut, a white icing cake donut, and a pretzel. The big boy donut is a huge glazed donut as big as your head. That's right, you can hold it up to your head and it will be just as large!!! This time, however, they put a twist on them and added icing to a few. I know, sweet on top of a sweet sugary donut seems like overkill, and it was. But come on, anyone willing to eat a donut as big as his head has no problem with something super duper sweet! The other items were equally good, and I liked their new larger location. They even added a few new items since I was last there like donut holes/bites. Drinks-  collins angel hot latte 5/5 and a matcha latte (Collins angel version) 4/5 Food- egg sandwich w/ bacon- soft bread,  thick bacon,  moist. 5/5 and vermonter- turkey apple and cheese pastry. 4/5 flaky,  good filling.  Not the biggest fan of the sesame seeds. Overall clean,  cute,  great music/ vibes. A bit pricey, paid $23 for a pastry and drink. But I look forward to returning and exploring the wine/ bar and live music & after work ambiance.

The mango mousse cake has been a birthday and holiday staple in my family for as long as I can…read moreremember. Most recently, I came to pick up a cake for Father's Day and also stopped in to try a couple drinks and a matcha roll. The interior is clean with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are very friendly. Come early if you want a bigger selection of bread and pastries! I came around 6 pm on a Saturday and most breads were sold out but there were still plenty of cakes left. I ordered the iced matcha latte and iced black sesame lattes (both with oat milk). After mixing, the matcha latte was a light shade of green and pretty much just tasted like milk which was kind of disappointing. The black sesame latte on the other hand, had a nice strong black sesame flavor. The mango and strawberry smoothies were super refreshing especially since it was hot outside. I actually saved the matcha roll for 2 days later and it still tasted really fresh and yummy.

I RARELY give five star reviews. This place has…read moreconsistently been one of the best in Columbus. It is a fusion of French in Japanese and the techniques and flavors show that. Throughout the years, they have had a variety of different offerings, but they're always the same staples, which is their incredible baked goods, their cakes and sweet cake rolls, a small variety, sandwich, sandwiches and fun drink drinks. They currently have sweet crêpes, but they used to have savory who wants as well back in the day. This entire plaza is an Asian heaven, and I like to bring people from out of town to it because you can literally spend hours in this area. As you can tell for my photos, they are always this busy. The place itself is nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. I'm not a sweet person at all, so I like that this place has unique offerings and some savory ones too. I recommend the mango cake, the sweet butter rolls that literally taste like a slightly sweeten butter inside of a soft pillow bread, and for you to take a loaf of bread home as well. Pro tip: later in the day, the offerings from this bakery are half off at Tensuke Market. This place has been voted as one of the best bakeries in the country & we have it in our own backyard. If you haven't tried it yet, you are missing out.
