I came across an ad for Cheryl's cookies online and it was a pretty good coupon code so I ordered it for Valentine's Day. It arrived within a couple of days and I was pretty happy with the packaging and the gluten-free cookies. I decided to go into their corporate store at their factory and get some regular ones for the rest of the family. They had a great sale on Valentine's Day products with cookies included. The in-store experience was OK although it was lacking something. May be warmth. I mean it is a cookie place after all, they weren't exactly rude. Just apathetic. There was a big disconnect between online and in person. I was really surprised with that. Stopped by at their retail corporate store since I was in the area. Actually, excited to try since they have a huge store in Easton mall. There were about 5 ladies working in the store with about 3 customers and myself. Unwelcoming, no one greeted. I proceeded to the shelves where the cookies were. Picked a few, tried a couple of the sugar free in the fridge. As I was ready to pay, this old lady rung me up. I asked her (with a smile) how do they sweeten their sugar free cookies? She replied, "I don't know, it's there on the label, they make it in the back." I almost didn't want to purchase those cookies right there. But, I know proper etiquette and I am not a rude person. I placed an order for Cheryl's cookies on February 6th, 2026. I wanted to use them as a dessert for a party on March 7th 2026. I specifically asked for them to be delivered between March 5th and March 6th, 2026. No phone call, no email, no correspondence at all, and no cookies. As I write this review on March 9th, 2026 I still have not received my order, even though I ordered them a month earlier.... I finally reached Cheryl's cookies, and they have absolutely no explanation about my cookies. What a horrible business model. Please do yourself a favor and do not order cookies from this company, as they cannot process and deliver their product in the requested time. They are a terrible company! Ordered cookies online 12/15 for delivery 12/17or 12/18 to a business for Christmas. Was delivered after numerous phone calls by me on 12/23. 5 days late and stale. Cheryl's did a duplicate order at their expense on 12/19 for delivery on 12/23 and said I would be refunded. It never arrived on time either and was shipped FED-EX express and was told on 12/24 it was postponed for delivery till after Christmas. Basically they can not deliver as promised EVER. Same thing happened last year. Customer service phone for Cheryl's online is out of country with Asian accent service reps who promise to fix it but never do. If you want cookies buy them at a brick and mortar store. I will never buy from them again AND FED-EX is also useless. Refund never happened and had to use Paypal to get my money refunded. Terribly unreliable at delivering to their committed dates. I was given a window for delivery between 1/25-1/27 for cookies needed for a party on 1/28. On 1/27 when my order had not arrived, I contacted customer service and was then told my order should arrive on 1/29 by end of day. Totally unacceptable. I ordered cookies sent to my daughters out of town for Valentines Day last year. Delivery was perfect and my girls really liked the cookies. This year has been a completely different story. I placed two orders, and only received confirmation for one. It took two chats and a 20 min phone call just to get the correct order number for the order I didn't receive confirmation for. Then I noticed that I needed to correct the address on the order confirmation I did receive. I am currently on hold while they verify my name, which has taken about 5 minutes at this point. This is after I was disconnected from an original call almost 45 minutes ago. Tried the chat. The chat agent said they could not assist because the the other person was "still in the record" and I needed to call them back. They're still in the record from 45 minutes ago?? Why? And how would I call back the person who is in the record? It's clearly a call center. If I call back, I'll get a different person and then isn't that person going to have the same problem? Then I was given a different number to call. I called that number and was on the phone for 12 minutes just to verify my name again. Then another 5 minutes on hold just for them to tell me they could not update the order because "Fed-Ex already has the shipment." They did not, since I had just placed the order an hour prior, and had been on the phone with them since. Then I asked if they could just cancel the order. Another 3 minute hold and then yes! They can cancel the order (I thought Fed-Ex had it?) and the money will take 7-10 days be be refunded. Lol! All this to say, IF you place your order online, I hope you don't require any assistance. I ordered a Christmas cookie on 12/06/2022 through a Verizon promotion. It was just a little surprise for my granddaughter. Well, it didn't show up until this week!! It wasn't a Christmas decorated cookie, the message on the box did say Merry Christmas!
