The owner became very upset and yelled at me, insisting that he had purchased the wine this year and that there was nothing wrong with it. What was especially frustrating was that he did not even take the time to look at the date on the box before arguing with me. I explained that I was not there to argue. I simply wanted to make him aware of the issue so that he could check the remaining inventory and prevent another customer from having the same experience. Instead, he refused to exchange the product and told me that he believed I would come back again asking for another refund. I was extremely upset and disappointed by the way I was treated. I have been here several times before, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, after this interaction, I will not be returning.
