Not being professionally knowledgut the special fur that a pom has, they SHAVED HER & PERMANTLY DAMAGED HER FUR. To add injury to insult, I paid TOP PRICE grooming charges! The manager DID NOT REFUND & offered & she seemed annoyed, trying to cut our conversation short, from my complaint! I also got a MAJOR ATTITUDE ( yelling) from a young girl there, because I referred to her as "she". I am not psychic & can know what she identifies as! I have many gay friends who still identify as women, despite their sexuality. The level of professionalism is very low! MAKE SURE ANY GROOMER IS LICENCED! I learned the hard way!

I posted a very unhappy review on Google and they got it removed stating that it was very inappropriate and unnecessary. Then I got the following message from them....Balboa is not a 9 lb dog, he is a larger morkie (20-25 lbs) and I personally groomed him in March. The tone of your message was unnecessary and inappropriate. Professional grooming involves significantly more time, skill and care than a simple haircut, and pricing ($85) reflects that. I stand by my service and the value provided. When I dropped him off I asked for him to have the same haircut that he had previously, which did not happen, hence the statement that I dropped off my 9-lb morkie and picked up a chihuahua. I was then told by the owner that I was no longer welcomed to bring my dog back there and I needed to find a groomer that was more satisfactory to my liking. She clearly didn't read my review because I stated that I would never bring Balboa back there again because of the horrific job they did on him. I'm more angry about the fact that she tried to tell me that my 9.2-lb morkie was a larger morkie, weighing in at 20-25-lbs. That is the most ridiculous shit I've ever heard. So all I have to say to whoever drops off their yorkie breeds, good luck, because you'll probably pick up a chihuahua instead of a Yorkie.

Grooming an older cat can be tricky and obviously risky, which can make the kitty (and kitty's mommy) very anxious of the experience. Lynda came directly to my residence to ensure the most comfortable environment for my cat. The moment she arrived, I knew we were in the best possible hands. Lynda was gentle, patient and clearly experienced. She took the time to understand my cat's needs, including her health condition, her thin and sensitive skin and she adjusted her approach quickly. She even turned peaceful purring music which calmed my cat... and me to be honest. What impressed me most was her calm, reassuring manner and how she prioritized my kitty's comfort before all else. My cat is like a new kitten, she comfortable, beautiful, soft, happy and so loving! Her coat is smooth matte and tangle-free. I had searched and searched and was turned down by all vets and groomers that I had contacted due to the age of my cat. Lynda was the only person willing to take on that risk so that my kitty could live comfortably. It's rare to find someone with exceptional grooming skills and a genuine live for animals, especially senior ones. I'm beyond grateful ad will absolutely call and refer Lynda anytime needed. I have a 75 lbs. 19-month old puppy who refuses to get in the car so hadn't been to the groomer in months. He stunk to high heavens and his nails were very long. Dirty Paws promptly responded to my inquiry with a very reasonable rate and arrived promptly at the appointed time. Kim was patient to let my nervous giant pup get to know her before magically getting him into her van. She returned him to our door a while later smelling fantastic and with beautifully clipped paws. Again, I am so happy with the service and will be a repeat customer - what a phenomenal service they provide!
