But not for Pampered Paws! They make Molly look so beautiful every time. They do a wonderful job with long-haired dogs - I requested "as short as possible while still being soft (aka not shaved or prickly)", same as I had at every other groomer - but Pampered Paws actually made it happen! All to say, we will not be trying any more groomers. It's only Pampered Paws from now on. Also - the staff is divine! They're all incredibly friendly, they love & remember the dogs, and the dogs love them. Molly always leaves happy. As soon as we arrived he was showered with hugs and kisses and reassuring words. Twenty minutes in his eyes were glazed over with pure delight as he was getting scrubs and more kisses. I was like "you're fine" and headed back home! We will be back. We we're so pleased with Mack (brown dog) we took our other dog Oscar (black dog) to Daisys VIP grooming today and we are nothing less than delighted! My mother cleans houses and says "I love to find the dirt, it means I'm going a good job"....well at Daisys VIP, she finds the hair!!!! We had no idea Oscar had so much under coat. She's so good with them. I know my boys are well taken care of when I drop them off. Can't wait for their next appointment! We will be back!

I was a bit nervous to see what groomers were out there, but I saw that this place had excellent reviews and in this case, it was an emergency I had found a tick on my dog and wanted to make sure that we took precautions got him groomed and treated. I called the puppy parlor and right away. They booked me for the first availability that they had the same day. It was a miracle and I was so grateful to be able to get a spot. They were very professional and thorough. They asked me questions about the dog. If I had any concerns, they listed the pricing over the phone of their services so I had an idea before walking in once I got off the phone they sent me a confirmation text and a form to fill out that was super easy to do any additional questions that I had the team was on and super quick to respond and pass along any messages I have for the groomer. When I got to the location to drop off Jack, they were very friendly super quick with checking us in the groomer came out and she was amazing. She made sure to introduce herself to Jack. She went over any concerns that I had or that she has regarding the grooming, great communication skills overall, and I'd love that she made sure that my dog felt safe with her before she took him. She even got to ground-level to introduce herself once I dropped off Jack. They let me know that they would call me and then I can go pick them up. They sent me a text once he was ready and I went to go pick up Jack once I got inside they immediately brought him out and he looked amazing. He was clean. He was happy which is overall the best thing that I can expect he didn't seem scared or skittish he seemed confident and a happy pup. The grooming came out. Perfect he smelled amazing his nails and everything was done perfect perfectly. I am thrilled to have found this place and will definitely be coming back for our regular grooming. Bath time isn't a favorite for my baby, but Brookside Bath made it extremely manageable for me. We walked in without an appointment, and it was smooth sailing from there. Everything you need to groom your dog is apart of the $20 fee: shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, comb, brush, towel, cologne and dryer. The facility was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I purchased a cookie from the bakery on the way out and my dog loved it. I'm excited to visit again!

I absolutely loved the experience and will definitely come back monthly! They provide a rubber scrubber, hypoallergenic soap, face wash and an apron for bathing. She contacted me to get all the info about the puppies and our address, then kept me updated about her arrival - just very professional. Most importantly, the dogs adored her.
