I was a bit nervous to see what groomers were out there, but I saw that this place had excellent reviews and in this case, it was an emergency I had found a tick on my dog and wanted to make sure that we took precautions got him groomed and treated. I called the puppy parlor and right away. They booked me for the first availability that they had the same day. It was a miracle and I was so grateful to be able to get a spot. They were very professional and thorough. They asked me questions about the dog. If I had any concerns, they listed the pricing over the phone of their services so I had an idea before walking in once I got off the phone they sent me a confirmation text and a form to fill out that was super easy to do any additional questions that I had the team was on and super quick to respond and pass along any messages I have for the groomer. When I got to the location to drop off Jack, they were very friendly super quick with checking us in the groomer came out and she was amazing. She made sure to introduce herself to Jack. She went over any concerns that I had or that she has regarding the grooming, great communication skills overall, and I'd love that she made sure that my dog felt safe with her before she took him. She even got to ground-level to introduce herself once I dropped off Jack. They let me know that they would call me and then I can go pick them up. They sent me a text once he was ready and I went to go pick up Jack once I got inside they immediately brought him out and he looked amazing. He was clean. He was happy which is overall the best thing that I can expect he didn't seem scared or skittish he seemed confident and a happy pup. The grooming came out. Perfect he smelled amazing his nails and everything was done perfect perfectly. I am thrilled to have found this place and will definitely be coming back for our regular grooming. She was sad, skittish, moping around like she wasn't feeling well... Just too much to explain clearly. Even a friend came to visit and notice something was "off" with our little Luna. I spoke with Deanna about it and she assured me that nothing happened while there. So I decided to take her back after being promised by Deanna that she herself would only care for Luna. The next (and final) visit Luna came home with a could large gashes an as scratches avoid her little belly (see pictures). We were mortified! I texted Deanna after seeing them because by then it was after hours. I received a text back from someone else staying that she had finished Luna for Deanna, and that she was sorry that sometimes the clippers get to close to the skin. UNBELIEVABLE! NEVER again will I return to her shop with my sweet little girl. I just don't understand. That's ridiculous. I do understand that this last has several new groomers. But seriously, I just can't take my baby back. I have a small 10 lb Schnoodle. She so sweet and docile. She came home from the groomers totally traumatized from something. Small she was suddenly scared to take her walls when my husband takes her out. He said everytime she hears a dog barking, she tries to run back home. Something had to have happened... We think she may have been attacked from another did while they're at the groomers, but was rescued quickly. Which would explain literally everything that her behavior is telling us. (Previous review before 2026) ***** I've been entrusting Deanna with my babies for almost 30 years now. She treats them all like they are her own. They go to her happily each visit, and come home just as happy. Actually, they tend to parade around proudly showing off their new cut. She does a stellar iob grooming and caring for them. However, the last time I took her to get groomed, the wait time was 8+ hours. To me, this is totally unacceptable. I had to pick her up without getting groomed and the whole experience just was disappointing. We will not be going back. But! You could just tell them ahead of time you need your dog to be done with a certain amount of time. I will be doing this moving forward (at a different salon).

The homemade treats are a favorite for my doggies. I usually buy the dozen bag and a few extra fun ones. I haven't inquired about their grooming services yet and need to do so. My doggies are low maintenance on grooming but certainly need one from time to time. The customer service here is great and there is one employee who is just fantastic! I need to ask her name because she is just so helpful and nice! She has been there every time I go in besides one. She has short hair and wears glasses, probably close to my height at 5'2 or a little taller. She is a treasure and if I get her name, I'll come back and add it here. She is an asset for this business! Always helps me pick out good items, promotes products but not in a pushy way, makes sure my pets have any free samples available. Helps me find things I need in the store. A big thanks to her for being a positive in my day when I visit the store! Do you want to clean up your bathroom AND your dog, in reverse order? U-Wash Puppy provides an excellent alternative to doing this in your home. One of the best parts is that the tubs are almost chest high, so you don't have to bend over to keep your dog still while you try to bathe them. Shampoo, brushes, and towels (and aprons!) are provided as part of the overall service. Yes, you have to do most of the work, but they do have options to have their staff do the bathing for you. They will even do a nail trim for your dog! Prices are fair for the overall service (I think we paid $14) but we got in, washed our stinky Gracie dog, and got back in the car within about 15 minutes. It was a far better experience than doing it in the back yard, the bathroom, or elsewhere. Sure, it's an extravagance, but it's well worth it and the staff is very friendly!
