I come in and am satisfied with their work: well cleaned and groomed, nails filed without injury, no nicks from the shears, and his generally calm (for him) disposition upon my return. Probably the one thing I'd say is that they don't always notify you right away when your dog is finished with the groom. Not that big of deal for me.

Not to mention top of the line laser surgery to ensure a speedy recovery for my baby! Dr. Tarrant was so kind to offer my kitty an overnight stay since I was coming from so far away... Sunday night she had a flare-up. Hard heartbeats & fast ones. Monday morning, she was still in distress. She wouldn't even lie down. I called begging to come in. The office girl spoke with Dr. Madden & told me no. They were too busy. Referred me to an Urgent care office. We went to Acutevet. They put her to sleep. My God, my baby died. NO help from her vet's office. NEVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
