We love this place. Our Great Pyrenees mix is not the easiest when it comes to grooming. Allison is simply the best and she has the patience of a saint. We know Moose is in great hands when we bring him to Pups-n-Suds.

The friendliest staff! The best groom my dog has ever received. We used to groom them ourselves, but since moving, we have lost our grooming shears. I am so glad that happened because I never would have found this place otherwise! We will be repeat customers. :)

Ive been here a few times now and have absolutely loved it! A special Thank you to Shawna today for bathing my pup on a whim towards the end of our downpour! My pup Gracey decided to roll in some doodoo as we were leaving SM dog park after swimming in the lake.... sooo gross! I was able to get her back home and inside w/o an issue or getting too wet again, plus a nap with a much better smelling dog!!

Been going over a year and I really like them. My dog is very timid and he's never over shaken by his time with them. He gets a full bath and cut every time as he is non-shedding. I come in and am satisfied with their work: well cleaned and groomed, nails filed without injury, no nicks from the shears, and his generally calm (for him) disposition upon my return. Probably the one thing I'd say is that they don't always notify you right away when your dog is finished with the groom. Not that big of deal for me. read more

Once again, we had a great visit for toenail trimming for our dog. I cannot begin to explain how thankful we are for their excellent customer service and toenail trimming. Our dog is not the easiest to handle and they did it with grace and confidence all while making both my dog and myself comfortable. Super clean and wonderful customer service. Thank you! read more

Amazing! Absolutely amazing! This was our first time using pup n suds and were thoroughly impressed. They were able to get us in within a couple days of messaging them, quoted me what they actually charged me and were reasonable in price! They had no issues with our big dog that our regular groomer said was "difficult" and overall we are just ecstatic to find someone who is great with the pups and has great work ethic. read more

This is a block off Main Street in Gardner. It's a cute little shop with pleasant ladies to greet you as you walk in. My little puppers is special needs, blind and deaf and they take really good care of him. He needs to know he isn't alone and they will just have him out sitting at their feet sometimes when I come in. Not only is the grooming great and at a great price, they make my special needs dog feel loved. Cannot beat that. I have to make appointment at least 2 weeks out most of the time. So, plan accordingly. read more

If I come back for bath time I will be sure to request soap for sensitive skin for my babies. But I've been trying to trim my pups nails for MONTHS. Impossible. These ladies did it in a matter of minutes??????? I don't understand the superpower. I love it. And a great price. read more

I booked my appointment through Yelp and it was a quick and simple process. The business contacted me via text to get more information and confirm my appointment. The gals at the shop were very friendly and the business was clean and welcoming. Our dog is a pain in the ass and they took great care of her anyway. She come home looking fabulous with her trimmed nails and haircut and they even gave her a pretty bow. It was also the quickest grooming appointment she's ever had which is very important to the old, spoiled mutt. We will be back. read more

Pups -n- Suds is great! They were able to work in a short notice appointment for me for a full service grooming and did a wonderful job! I barely recognized my dog; she looked sooo good when I picked her up! Plus, my dog seemed to LOVE the experience. She looked and smelled fantastic and her overgrown nails were perfectly trimmed. I asked the groomer to keep her fur long, but trim here and there. Wow! She did an AWESOME job! Thank you so much, Pups-n-Suds!!! read more

Great place. You can have the employees wash your pet and dog all the grooming or you can wash them yourself with all the fancy equipment. I went in and had help getting my 60 pound dog up in the tub and was given direction on how to use the equipment. Then I gave him his bath. It was a fun experience getting to use the tools. Then I had the employee cut his nails. Much cheaper and quicker then dropping him off at pet store for grooming. Only down fall was, when I tried calling before I went in, I couldn't get anyone to answer. read more

Not a good experience. Made an appointment for my 17 year old dog for a complete groom yet when I…read morepicked him up his underside was not trimmed and his head and face were not groomed at all. Even though it was only a partial groom, I was charged for a complete groom. In addition, I was also charged an upcharge as supposedly a second groomer was needed to hold him. I was never told there was a potential for an upcharge even though I made it explicitly clear both when I made the appointment AND when I dropped him off that he could be difficult. I was charged $70.00 for a groom that left my dog looking ridiculous. When I questioned being charged for a complete groom even though his underside and head and face were not groomed, the groomer said "well I did spend 45 minutes on him". That, in my opinion, is unacceptable. I was not opposed to paying some for the groom, but being charged for a full groom is ludicrous, especially for the groom that my dog received. I cannot recommend this grooming establishment.

I was a bit nervous to see what groomers were out there, but I saw that this place had excellent reviews and in this case, it was an emergency I had found a tick on my dog and wanted to make sure that we took precautions got him groomed and treated. I called the puppy parlor and right away. They booked me for the first availability that they had the same day. It was a miracle and I was so grateful to be able to get a spot. They were very professional and thorough. They asked me questions about the dog. If I had any concerns, they listed the pricing over the phone of their services so I had an idea before walking in once I got off the phone they sent me a confirmation text and a form to fill out that was super easy to do any additional questions that I had the team was on and super quick to respond and pass along any messages I have for the groomer. When I got to the location to drop off Jack, they were very friendly super quick with checking us in the groomer came out and she was amazing. She made sure to introduce herself to Jack. She went over any concerns that I had or that she has regarding the grooming, great communication skills overall, and I'd love that she made sure that my dog felt safe with her before she took him. She even got to ground-level to introduce herself once I dropped off Jack. They let me know that they would call me and then I can go pick them up. They sent me a text once he was ready and I went to go pick up Jack once I got inside they immediately brought him out and he looked amazing. He was clean. He was happy which is overall the best thing that I can expect he didn't seem scared or skittish he seemed confident and a happy pup. The grooming came out. Perfect he smelled amazing his nails and everything was done perfect perfectly. I am thrilled to have found this place and will definitely be coming back for our regular grooming.
