My dogs never looked the way I expected them to though, although they were always clean and happy (and that's the important part, really.) They used to be $25 for a full groom, so after a $10 tip for each dog, $70 a month for my dogs' grooms seemed reasonable. But then they got this new woman, I don't know if she's a student of employee, but she was RUDE and incredibly condescending toward my dogs...and toward me. If you go there and you see a blonde with star tattoos, don't walk, RUN! That woman is the last person who has the personality or temperment to work with animals. I ended up complaining about her after two seperate incidences with her. The last straw was when I referred yet another friend to them and called for pricing because her dog is much bigger than mine. I was told the same price that I'd been paying for my two. Well, after they were done and it came time to pay, I found out my friend's dog just got a bath, and my two (who got a full groom) cost $15 more each. It would have been nice if they'd told me before, especially considering I'd been going there for every month for years and referred several of their clients to them. They are a dog grooming school, so you can't really expect the best of the best, but the task at hand is pretty easy considering that they're corgis and don't need to be cut. Wash them furbabies, and you good to go! I did ask for a furminator service to remove as much shedding as possible. They didn't do the best job on that, but I have to give them credit since the two dogs are shedding like crazy. It's impossible to get rid of it all. They are very friendly and even put a cute bandana on the two doggies. I wasnt blown away (I mean cmon now- it's basic dog grooming- not much to be impressed about), but I'd go there again.

Stephy is absolutely amazing at what she does. She's incredibly knowledgeable in her field and made the entire experience both fun and educational. Over the course of six weeks, we saw such a positive transformation in our puppy, Moose. The group class was small and intimate, which made it easy for both of us to be involved in the training process. What we really appreciated is that Stephy wasn't just training our puppy she was also teaching us about puppy behavior, communication, and how to be better dog parents. I was about to buy the puppy classes but then I met the trainer Stephy/Stephanie and decided not to. In our first 30 minute convo she spoke for 20 mins. My second question to her was simply "are you the trainer who supervises indoor dog park" She told me no and then spoke for 10-15 minutes about the differences between her and the other trainer. She talks a lot about going to college for dog training and how other trainers are simply not as good as her. I would expect her to ask a little more questions so it felt like more of a consultation. I also felt like she didn't understand boundaries. She kept contacting me about vet records even though I explained it was a holiday. I mentioned that twice. Despite that she moved with her own urgency until I had to tell her there was no rush on our end. I also asked a question on another day and asked her to text or send a voice note. She did for a couple of exchanges but then called me anyway. And when I explained I couldn't absorb the info during a call she said "well I wanted to call you so you could learn about dogs" But she never asked me what training experience I had in the first place ‍‍‍ Anyways, not for me but the general concept is cool considering how hot it is.

The onboarding paperwork alone was surprisingly extensive. It honestly felt more like completing a college application than signing up for pet boarding -- long, detailed, and somewhat confusing. While I understand the need for policies and waivers, the process felt overly bureaucratic rather than focused on making pet owners feel comfortable and confident. Before boarding, we were told we'd be able to check in on our dogs via camera access, but no one clearly explained where to log in or which room they were staying in. At one point, we couldn't see our smaller dog at all. We called during desk hours to ask for clarification, but no one answered, and our call was never returned. When we picked up our dogs, they appeared shaken and not themselves. While they seemed to have been fed properly, their behavior afterward concerned us. One of our dogs -- normally very confident and social -- stayed unusually attached to me for about a week after pickup. When I later took him to his regular groomer, he had a panic reaction when I left, which is not typical behavior for him. I can't say exactly what happened while they were boarded, but their reaction afterward was noticeably different from past boarding experiences, where they usually come home relaxed and happy. Another frustration: their paperwork encourages customers to contact them directly before leaving reviews about concerns, which I tried to do. However, when I asked to speak with a manager at pickup regarding the missed calls and communication issues, my request wasn't acknowledged, and I never received a follow-up call. That lack of responsiveness was particularly disappointing. Because of these combined issues, I personally wouldn't choose this facility again and would encourage others to carefully consider their options when selecting a boarding provider.

The ladies at the front have been nothing but kind and assured me that she would be in good hands. Part of her paw pad was cut off AS WELL. They called me and told me that the groom would be free of charge due to the incident. REALLY?! They didn't even finish the service so of course it should have been free! They asked did I want to have them meet me at a vet or did I want to pick her up.... TAKE my bleeding dog to the vet! Why are you even asking me this?! I requested for the owner to call me and still have not heard from them. My dog is recovering but she is completely traumatized by this experience. I have never seen my dog tremble, bleed or cry this much in the 12 years I've had her. I am more so disappointed that there has been NO FOLLOW UP or explanation as to how this happened.
