They do an amazing job and are super fast. $90 is what I've paid both times and that price is VERY REASONABLE compared to other places I have shopped around. Haven't used their services, but their driving is a serious liability. I nearly rear-ended their van after they cut me off without warning or signaling--no blinker, no check, just a reckless lane change. This isn't an isolated incident; illegal maneuvers, no signals, cutting people off is how they operate on the road. Hopefully no one's dogs were in the back during all this--would hate to see someone's loved pet hurt or traumatized because of their reckless driving. First of all, my nannies here are the sweetest humans alive. They know I'm a little nervous sometimes, so they always make me feel safe and loved. Honestly, they give better belly rubs than my own human (sorry, Dad). This place is basically Disneyland for dogs. They've got puzzles and nose work games that make me feel like a genius detective. I sniff out treats like a pro--Sherlock Bones has nothing on me. The events are next-level. Holiday party? Yes, please. The Dog Olympics? I was this close to winning the gold in the treat-eating relay. And prom? Oh, I went with my brother Dieter. We were the best-looking pair on the dance floor. I may have even slow-danced with a Golden Retriever... but that's between us. In short: Our dog Poppy is a rescue and, also, our baby. We were nervous about finding a place to board her, but at K-9 Kountry, she's in great hands. She runs free all day with her furry friends, and never wants to leave, which is a great sign! Highly recommend for boarding and day care. Longer version: When we rescued Poppy, her first foster family warned us that other dogs stressed her out. Maybe she would be happier as an "only dog." We kept this in mind when looking for a boarding facility, and had a hard time finding a place that would keep her separate without keeping her in a cage 24/7. Luckily, we decided to try K-9 Kountry after seeing so many great reviews. Andrea and her team are incredible. They have literally converted their human house into a giant playhouse for dogs, complete with comfy couches and homemade treats. They thoughtfully plan each day and take care of each dog as of it were their own. Seriously: they have a calendar of activities that rivals my own human summer camp! Games, swimming, frozen treats, enrichment activities, spa services... what's not to love? The pictures they send us from daycare are worth a thousand words: Poppy running, Poppy playing, Poppy having the time of her life with so many other dogs. Turns out, our "only dog" rescue LOVES other dogs! Each time we pick her up from K-9 Kountry, she turns around and asks to go back inside. If that's not a 5-Star endorsement, I don't know what is. This place is exactly what my dogs needed. Thankfully they don't walk around with squirt bottles and spray your dogs like every other dog camp place. It doesn't smell like pee when you walk in the lobby like most other places. Staff is extremely friendly and really care for your dogs. I'm sharing our experience, so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Our lab puppy Kahnoah came home with a virus and gave it to our other two dogs a few months ago. I months later Kahnoaha came home with a bacteria infection in his mouth from sharing unsanitary water bowls and had to be treated. On July 6 Kahnoaha was attacked by another dog, who left a gaping deep wound, and needed emergency surgery immediately. When K9 Country contacted me about the wound, they told me it "was a nip". He was bleeding terribly, and rushed to the vet. Emergency surgery. Told the owner of the dog or owner of K9 Country would pay the vet bill. Waiting for surgery that couldn't start until the bill was paid in full and upfront. Sent estimate to owner and didn't hear anything back. Had to front the bill in order for emergency surgery. K9 Country's owner received the bill and immediately became defensive, arguing the bill and told us "she nor the dog owner were expecting the bill to be this high and couldn't pay." We told her it wasn't up for negotiation. Andrea called our vet without consent. Vet explained how badly damaged our puppy was, and Andrea challenged both the vet and the bill. Andrea asked us to put the charges on our pet insurance and wasn't going to take responsibility nor was the dog owner. Later paid a portion but not all required costs and refuses to pay for daily care requirements. I requested info about the other dog and the contact information for the dogs owner, Andrea refused to provide the information. She asked not to report the dog. Per the vet 24-7 care is required. Andrea refuses to pay for boarding and for his entire required care during recovery (3 weeks) Per Vet's instructions we were advised of leaking fluids, and blood all over to be very messy, be in a cone, needs a sanitary, confined space, with sanitary pads and change out pads often to prevent bacteria, will require a sock on back foot so, he doesn't scratch the wound open. Ice packs required near the tube area several times a day for five minutes and warm towels to clean tube areas. Will be heavily medicated, need assistance and supervision to ensure breathing correctly, eating, drinking, bathroom breaks and ensure he doesn't lick, or scratch the wound. No running, jumping or getting excited..Puppies in general are notorious, for being excitable so constant supervision and care required. The vet and I explained it to Andrea who refused to listen and understand the circumstance. The information is online, and Andrea was provided all this information from our vet. Emailed all info and request for payment for the required care and never received a response. Also text and didn't receive a response. They refuse to pay for the required care and boarding until he heals. We work and can't leave the puppy unattended in a kennel at home by himself all day without the required care. He's unable to fit out the dog door with a cone on his head, pads, shirts and socks have be changed out several times a day. Andrea has liability insurance and refuses to use it. Had to take him back to the vet because the bleeding began again and had to front the money at the Emergency Vet once again. We are extremely heartbroken about our puppy, and are completely disgusted by the way this matter was and wasn't handled legally. We requested a copy of the contract from the Andrea who refused to provide it. Images of the bills and the pup the day he returned home after being boarded for a week. We are now three weeks into this mess, 5 medications later, and received a nasty text message about this review from Andrea who continues to refuse to pay for the required care during the healing process. read more

I can't express how grateful I am to have found K-9 Kountry. My wife and I bring our dog here a few times a week, and I always know he's going to have an amazing time, he's going to get a ton of exercise running around outside, he will be safe, and he will be cared after by an amazing staff. Every day the staff take pictures during play time and send us pictures of all the dogs playing during the day. The owners are very careful about who they hire, and it definitely shows. This is by far the best doggy daycare in the city. I truly can't say enough good things about this place. Finding somewhere/someone we can trust completely to take care of our pup is invaluable. We've boarded our dog a few times here as well, and the experience was just as good. They don't just throw all the dogs into kennels or into little rooms. They don't even use kennels which is very ethical I think for a dog boarding business. I've been to some doggy daycares close to closing or after hours and all I hear is howling dogs who are locked up and stressed out. At K-9 Kountry they board the dogs together with other dogs they get along well with during the day, so they aren't alone at night. Love this place! read more

We were in Las Vegas for the Volleyball Tournament for our daughter.  We had our Westie puppy in tow.  We found out at the last minute that the hotel had changed their rules about dogs and we were left scrambling to find boarding for him.  We talked to several boarding facilities and K9 Country had the most friendly staff, wonderful facilities, and seemed reasonably priced.  Further, I loved that they offered grooming services before pick-up. As this was the first time ever boarding Rufus we were a little hesitant.  He quickly took to the staff and they gave us regular updates on Rufus over the few days he was there.  We picked up a very happy puppy who clearly had a wonderful time. Considering we were not expecting this expense the facility was a very good value for the money.  I think the next time we head to Vegas, we might intentionally bring Rufus just so he can board at K9 and have a little bit of his own fun! Another great plus is it's not to far from an Ihop! We grabbed delicious pancakes right after we dropped him off!! read more

We have never found a more caring and thoughtful team for our pup. High praises for both Andrea, George and their team. George is hands down one of the best dog trainers in Las Vegas. Within a few hours he had our dog swimming in the pool! We also have boarded our dogs over night at the K-9 Kountry facility and it is honestly the only place I trust with my dogs. The entire staff is super professional and you can just tell they love them like we do. Our dogs have been going to K-9 Kountry for five and nine years, respectively. They love it there! The owners are very knowledgeable about dogs, and the "nannies" are really good with the dogs. The dogs run and play, go swimming, do all kinds of play, and NO CAGES EVER! The dogs all get along with each other. Both Duke and Roonie go for day care a couple of times a week, and when we go away, they enjoy boarding there. When I go to pick them up, Roonie is happy to see me, but Duke wants to go back in and play!! I highly recommend it! read more

My Labrador (7months) loves to go to daycare or boarding. Dogs have a lot of free play outdoors, they are not locked up in cages like most other boarding facilities; dogs simply are happy staying here. I've left my dog in boarding over 3 times, left his food behind with instructions & I have no complaints with the staff or facility. I took Lilly in for an evaluation to make sure of no agression issues. Thank goodness none .From there Lilly has been on a twice a week plan . After about 8 weeks she has now started to play like a normal dog . This has been a process but a miracle in the making . Lilly is now starting to trust again .slowly but getting there .
