I previously used the Savannah location and was delighted to find they had all my information on file when I made an appointment at this location. Ruby did a fantastic job grooming my dog, Shadow Moon, and he seemed very happy with the results. My only minor concern was that I was asked to tip before seeing Shadow Moon after his grooming. I typically adjust my tip based on the quality of the groom and my dog's happiness, so I ended up tipping a standard 20%. The grooming salon was impeccably clean and smelled wonderful. Both the groomer and the receptionist were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Woof Gang Bakery groomers and will definitely be returning in the future.

The tubs are clean and the tools are sanitized. If I was my pup at home it takes me over an hour to wash and dry her and then clean up all the mess. That doesn't even include washing all the towels I use! At Salty Paw, I can be in and out with a clean dry pup in about 30 minutes!! Can't recommend this place enough!

For some weird reason, she is very inconsistent with getting her nails trimmed. Sometimes she is very willing, and sometimes she fights every step of the way. Sometimes we are not able to keep a consistent schedule and even missing one or two nail trims can set my dog back in progress as far as her getting comfortable with regular trims. I am so appreciate appreciative of everyone here who has done nail trims for her because they are so patient with her and so willing to continue this battle with us. Because my dog's nails are black I am very uncomfortable with trying to cut them and grind them down myself. Their hours are very accommodating and location is convenient for us. Shop is always nice and neat and smells great. They even have an assortment of treats to buy your pup. From what I could see for all of the bathing services there, they have a variety of products for you to use for the self service bath. They have all of the grooming supplies you could need to give your dog a groom. Overall the facility and employees are absolutely great.

Our friends, who often travel with their dogs recommended this place. It's near Sea Pines, so it was very convenient for us. The owner, Cara, was super friendly and accommodating (with a name like Cara, how could she not be great?!) ;) I stopped by in person to check them out before making Lizzie's appointment for later in the week. Cara fit her in with a specific drop-off time and an estimated pick-up time. They were prompt with a phone call when she was ready to go. They don't have tons of other dogs running around there since they have this specific grooming timeframe, which I really liked. I warned Cara about the chance Lizzie still had some burrs hidden in her longer fur, so she promised to check for them & be careful (man, those burrs are a nightmare to deal with!) She was sure to provide a burr-free update when I picked up my pup. The price was very reasonable, which I appreciate, and then I can tip generously to reward them for a job well done.
