Needed a place away from home. Our dog seemed happy and comfortable. We'll use them again!

I was lucky and I have to find this lovely little doggie daycare literally at the entrance of the RV park that we stayed at in Hilton head. Our Aussie Poo is going on seven months old and she's had quite a bit of socialization, but the ladies at all about pets were Vundabar! Sheila loved her 3 days there and they are so great to send you a report card & pics at the end of the day! Keep up the great work ladies the dogs love you! read more

All About Pets was a GREAT place to board my kitten:) This was his first time away from me and I was very very sad about it, and the employees there were so nice and let me know I could come visit him and take him whenever I wanted, which was very reassuring:) I went to visit him and he seemed so content and like he got lots of love. My favorite thing was the emails (report cards) I would receive every night of a few pictures of my baby and I would look forward to them every night. I will 100% be using them again if needed!!! My family and I visited from a larger city where the business of pet care is very competitive and the island of Hilton is not "there" yet. But, this venue is a pretty good pick, all things considered. The location appears clean (no odor) and the price is fair based on alternatives. We were lucky - it was close to our rental and it's easy to access (parking and location). The venue is within a complex that looks like an office building, so don't worry - you are in the right place. :) I meet 2-3 staff members who were really sweet and 1-2 others who were neutral/professional but not welcoming. I love that there's a vet hospital within the same complex- in fact directly across from All About Pets! That's one reason why I selected this location. The second reason why I selected the location was the photo in this venue profile of the mini-trail. The caption notes: Every dog gets four walks a day! I asked staff about it - they said (a little defensively) they need to update that image and note: They no longer walk dogs on this pathway because they have too many dogs to provide that service. I'd likely bring my dog back since she seem to have a happy demeanor when I picked her up, and the staff accommodated my request to walk her outside. Yay! I would have been in a terrible pinch if they couldn't handle my request- these places fill up fast. And, she was stuck on the fake lawn for 1-2 days, unbeknownst to me, until I caught on and realized she was out of whack. But, please, please remove that path image. The claim is untrue!! read more

This is our second time bringing our dog Freddie here. He is a rescue that we've had for one year and extremely anxious (separation anxiety and general anxiety). All of the staff at All About Pets made us feel completely at ease! I know Freddie was a handful and required some extra attention, the folks here are pros! Although I waited nearly a month to get an appointment with Kat, I was excited to have my pup's first grooming with her based on her bio and experience. Since I didnt actually meet her or even see her when I took my pup, I dont know if she was actually the groomer. Regardless, whoever groomed her did not follow my instructions or tell me why they couldn't trim her legs. But the biggest issue was the uneven cut. I was happy she was ready in under two hours but would have been happy to leave her longer for a better job. I am still trimming her. read more

Great place to meet all of your pet needs. I get my dog's products, grooming and boarding all in one place! I have two dogs that I board with All About Pets often and they do a great job with them. My dogs come home happy and clean smelling. The facilities are spacious and clean and the staff is outstanding and so friendly - you can tell they love the dogs!!! One of my favorite things is the nightly report card I get when my dogs are boarding telling of their activities and a picture or video! read more

I tried All about pets as they carry the dog food I use and are more convenient than ordering on line. While in the store I noticed they had day care. My fox terrier had never been but thought it was worth trying. He loved it! He has been back several times since. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and I am comfortable knowing he is socializing in a great place! read more

All About Pets is the BEST for anything and everything for your animal. I stopped going to big chain pet stores and always go here for what I need. The staff, especially Kent, is extremely knowledgable and always helpful. I always trust them with my terrier mix for bathing and boarding when needed. read more

We looked at all our options for boarding our dog while we were vacationing in Hilton Head. I went with All About Pets based on their daily schedule of 4 walks per day plus afternoon playtime. We also signed out our dog for beach outings with us. Each time we came to pick her up, she was happy and even when we returned her, she seemed glad to be back and not sad that we were leaving her there. It's very comforting to know that a vet is right across the hall too. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly as well. We will use them again next time we can't keep our pet with us! read more

I cannot say enough about this place. They are the best of the best. I've never boarded my dogs before and was nervous since one of my dogs has huge anxiety issues and is scared of pretty much everything (she was abused). But they were so understanding and comforting, especially Natasha! Hands down the reason I went through with everything was her. My abused dog has come home with a totally new attitude and I have no one else to thank but her and the rest of their staff! I would've NEVER considered "doggy daycare" but I just dropped them off for the day and both dogs were SO excited when we got there and saw Natasha. Thank you all SO much!!! read more

I used All About Pets for my dog Donut's daycare. It is a small but clean facility. Friendly staff, and they placed Donut with older dogs in consideration of an injury, and I didn't have to pick her up until 5:30. Drop-off was simple as I had proof of vaccinations, no complicated process or online registration required like some nearby daycare services. Very convenient location. read more

I had a great experience having my 2 older shelties groomed by Donna at All About Pets. Rylee (11) and Sadie(10) have been to many different groomers during their life. Donna inquired as to my preferences regarding their grooming which included using a special shampoo for their skin. In a timely manner, she finished and left me a message that they were done. They were perfect.....pads neatly clipped, sanitary clips and she even hand dried them with a blower instead of being cage-dried like many groomers. They looked and smelled great and had a new pep in their step assuring their "mom" they were treated well. Thanks Donna on a job well done! read more

The store itself is very nice however the grooming services leave a lot to be desired. Groomer did not follow my grooming instructions. I pointed out that my Collie had some very small mats behind her ears and was told they would be removed during grooming ...they were not. Both dogs had very uneven cuts for the breed. For having 20 years experience grooming I'm pretty sure I could have done a better job. She did not get all the discoloration off my Westie's face which is a common problem area with the breed. i would not recommend All About Pets for your grooming needs you will be disappointed for the price you pay read more

We stopped in here looking for a harness and the staff were extremely polite and the store carried a great selection of pet supplies.

What a great place! I discovered AAP on my puppy's first visit to Dr. Dana at Heritage Animal Hospital and wandered into to AAP which is right across the hall. Kent was extremely helpful and friendly! Donna has groomed my yorkie pup now three times and she always takes such amazing care of my little angel. I am very particular about the food I feed my puppy and Kent always special orders it for me without any extra charge. I will not be going anywhere else for my dog needs, AAP has it all! read more
