We had a wonderful experience with Dog People and especially with our groomer, Morgan. This was the first time our dogs, Gnocchi and Nala, were groomed in this area, and Morgan did an amazing job with both of them. She was patient, gentle, and thorough, and the pups looked (and smelled!) fantastic afterward. My 10year old Nashville could no longer hop into the car to go to the groomer so this was my first time with Dog People. Mandy and Morgan arrived promptly and they were helpful, sweet and pleasant to work with. I must say that Nashville came out of that van not only looking beautiful; they trimmed her well and Nails were cut nicely. She had a healthy glow (no heavy powdery scent). This was so easy an experience! One suggestion I would make is to call them directly as the online booking has some issues. Chloe did an amazing job grooming our 13-year old Golden Retriever! Our dog has never looked better. The natural shape of her body, legs, paws, and tail are now easily seen and lots of her undercoat removed! It had been quite a while since our dog's last grooming app't. This dog groomer is a joke of a business! There is absolutely nothing good I can say about these people. I called to obtain an appointment for my two little 10 lb Pomeranians to get a bath, haircut, nails ground, etc. No answer so I left a message. The recording said they would return my call within 24 hours. It took a week or more when out of the blue - surprise! I got a call from someone named Jane who said she is the office manager who does accounting and sets appointments. I asked for an explanation of their services then asked about price. Their complicated pricing took a while to understand but basically the cost was outrageous! After much talking I finally agreed to use their service. We set a date and time. It was couple weeks away - best they could do. I said OK. They would come between 3pm and 5pm to begin work. This afternoon I called about 20-30 minutes before the timeframe just to confirm. The recording again said they wouldn't retrieve messages until tomorrow and wouldn't call back until then. I left a message again intending to confirm my appt. today. I waited until after 6:30pm and no show and no call. I again called, left a message I was livid. I wasted my whole afternoon waiting when I had a ton of things I should have been doing. I will never ever attempt to use them again. I want everyone to know about my experience and not waste their time like I did. It doesn't matter how good their groomers are - even if they are excellent it doesn't matter if you can't get them to your house to groom your precious pet. Don't call or even try using their website to make an appointment. I am going to go to PetSmart - they are very busy but at least the do what they promise!! read more

This actually is not a business as far as I can tell. They don't answer the phone, don't call you back and don't show up for appointments that have been scheduled via text or online. They have literally canceled or not shown up 4 times in a row. They used to show up and give a subpar grooming, but now they don't even do that. Don't waste your time with this place. read more

Not sure how they stay in business. Constantly cancelling or changing appointments. I had been very flexible as i really liked the groomer Jasmine. I had booked several months in advance so i was covered during the holidays. December comes and i am told Jasmine has left. ( wish i knew where she went!) they sent another groomer who was supposed to be the best for Doodles. My dog came in still wet with a dirty face and had bleeding nails from to short a cut. The girl doesnt tell me and th3 dog runs all over the house getting bloodstains everywhere. I send them pictures. They ignore me. I then decide to give them one more try since it's now the holidays. With the understanding of clipping the claws carefully. Grooming day comes. They cancel and re schedule again. Next appointment they keep changing the time and then cancel altogether. Then i hear nothing from them until today that they are coming tomorrow at 3 pm. I said no thanks. Save yourself some time and stress and use someone else. read more

We have been using Dog People for about a year but unfortunately our Groomer moved away. We were nervous with Adriana coming today to clip our little Lilly. She is a 5 1/2 pound multi-Pooh. Adrianna did an amazing job she did exactly what I ask she scissored Lily instead of using clippers and made her look like a tater tot which is what I requested I've already booked my six week follow up I cannot say enough about her and how sweet she was with our dog read more
