We took our dog there a half dozen times over a couple of years without any problems. But then our…read moredog came home two times in a row with an injury. The first time was a small bleeding scrape on her ear. I didn't complain because I thought this kind of thing might just happen. The second time the wound was significant. (See photos). When I called Aly she said it was probably an allergy. Not an allergy. No apology. I believe these two times were the first time Ally's mom was the groomer. We will never go back.

Took my pup in for his second groom. Told Ali's mom to " go a little bit shorter on his feet,…read morethighs, annal area. Cut Matt's out. My dog was there one time before and I told them not to cut hair short because he has beautiful golden fur. But he tends to accumulate Matt's in his fur. Lower portion towards his tummy of fur. Our first visit went ok. and they cut the Matt's out He's A Skyler terrier and is supposed to have longish hair. Did his feet, pads anal area. I pick him up and I was in shock ! I was almost going to scream! Inside. I did remark " You Shaved Him?" I can't believe they Shaved all his hair off. I'm still awake at 3am because I'm really really upset. I don't normally get this emotional, but they destroyed my whole dog. Shaved him from his head to some of his tale. And he's completely traumatized by his experience at this groomer. I'm sure he's going to be very Leary to go to one anytime soon!!!!!! But since he has no golden fur anymore it will be awhile for total grooming. I'll be taking care of needs For the time being. Communication to me with one phone call to let me know there was a problem with him, nipping and extremely agitated. I would have come and picked him up! I definitely would like my charge card credited for $85.00 I'm very unhappy with whole situation. You both knew previously at his first grooming "I Did Not Want His Fur Cut "Short". "Or Shaved off" and this second groom just extremeties and Matt's clipped just like before but a little bit shorter area at the inside thigh for the Matt's. and. his anal area shorter. I got a totally shaved dog!! its unacceptable I'm unhappy! I hope you will rectify this situation soon.

I do not recommend this place, I see the motto and I agree your dog should not be terrorized, but…read moreI was charged $25 for a "membership" with no apparent benefit to being a "member" and then $55 for what I thought was going to be a grooming for my Frenchton. What I got was a shampoo, they were not "able" to trim her nails, even though she is a very passive dog, has been going to groomer since she was 3 months old and she has short short hair so she didn't get a cut? If it was easy to trim nails I would do it myself, I can give her a bath, I don't need to pay $80 for a bath. So unless its easy to trim your dogs nails ( which again if that were the case you would do it yourself) then go to someone with skills to make them more comfortable and get the nails done as asked. This was the main reason I went there, and If they would have said, we may or may not trim the nails based on how the dog feels, I would have gone somewhere else to begin with. When I asked for a partial refund I was told, rudely, that the groomer was having a rough day, and didn't want to get upset and that the nails are added on if possible, so I paid almost $60 for my 22lb dog to get a bath. YAE!! I guess I'm on the hunt for a better groomer. To bad as it's next to an awesome dog day care and was convenient.
