I am really happy with the job Gifted Grooming did on my Cockapoo today! My dog was difficult to…read moregroom due to matted fur, and being grumpy and not wanting to let the groomer do her job. She took her time, befriended my dog and totally cleaned her up. Her new name is "Velvet" after visiting Gifted Grooming, and I will take my dog back there and recommend them to my friends with dogs. She only charged me the regular price, even though it took her much longer to groom Goldie.

She is extremely knowledgeable about grooming and she does ask very pointed questions about what you, as the owner want. She has always done exactly what I ask her to do and my dog always looks great when I pick him up.My dog absolutely loves going there. I am shocked by some the reviews people have written. Eilene is a dedicated dog person (and animal person in general.) I trust her completely with my dog and know that if he were not well treated, he would not be so excited to go there.

She never told me the price even though I asked twice. I dropped off my dog and was surprised when I asked how long it would be she said 2 hours! I've had my dog groomed In half that time at other professional groomers. So we came back 2 hours later and when she brought my dog out she still had a wet dog smell and a yellow tinge to her fur and she charged me $81 which is insane to wash dry and clip my dig nails! I've gotten better service for half the price elsewhere. Then I had to listen to her tell me how to train my dog so she can more easily groom her! Definitely won't be going back and don't recommend anyone else does either! Terrible service for too high of a price!

The first time was a small bleeding scrape on her ear. I didn't complain because I thought this kind of thing might just happen. The second time the wound was significant. (See photos). When I called Aly she said it was probably an allergy. Not an allergy. No apology. I believe these two times were the first time Ally's mom was the groomer. We will never go back.

My dog was there one time before and I told them not to cut hair short because he has beautiful golden fur. But he tends to accumulate Matt's in his fur. Lower portion towards his tummy of fur. Our first visit went ok. and they cut the Matt's out He's A Skyler terrier and is supposed to have longish hair. Did his feet,pads anal area. I pick him up and I was in shock ! I was almost going to scream! Inside. I did remark " You Shaved Him?" I can't believe they Shaved all his hair off. I'm still awake at 3am because I'm really really upset. I don't normally get this emotional, but they destroyed my whole dog. Shaved him from his head to some of his tale. And he's completely traumatized by his experience at this groomer. I'm sure he's going to be very Leary to go to one anytime soon!!!!!! But since he has no golden fur anymore it will be awhile for total grooming. I'll be taking care of needs For the time being. Communication to me with one phone call to let me know there was a problem with him, nipping and extremely agitated. I would have come and picked him up! I definitely would like my charge card credited for $85.00 I'm very unhappy with whole situation. You both knew previously at his first grooming "I Did Not Want His Fur Cut "Short". "Or Shaved off" and this second groom just extremeties and Matt's clipped just like before but a little bit shorter area at the inside thigh for the Matt's. and. his anal area shorter. I got a totally shaved dog!! its unacceptable I'm unhappy! I hope you will rectify this situation soon.
