My first visit here. One of many places I wanted to try out…read more First off, their prices are very reasonable! There is a parking lot. This place is only a 6 minute drive from my house. They have online booking! Very convenient. Also you choose a groomer. My first time I wasn't really sure who to choose. I didn't really care as long they're a good genuine person that won't hurt my fur baby. I chose the first name. Then you tell them at the appointment what you want done. This place is small but they manage. It is caged but the cages, at least in the front, that "showcase" doesn't seem that bad. I thought my dog would do terrible but he was just patiently waiting there and didn't get riled up even seeing me. Staff is super friendly. I had Erin do my dog's grooming and she was very welcoming and made me comfortable right away. They check for vaccines. Mainly rabies. You fill out a sheet and it asks about health concerns and I mentioned the trachea. She said they won't have him leashed around the neck. Making sure it's a comfortable experience for you and your dog for sure! Also cute how they gave my Lil man a tie. Super cute! They also have a rewards point system. Love how technology savvy they are.

Couldn't imagine much worse customer service than ignoring the customer. I am no longer rewarding this business with my money and, as a result, my dogs will be groomed at another facility. Good customer service goes a long way, but unfortunately this business forgot why they're in business in the first place. I'm sure another groomer will be more appreciative.

A co-worker told me that she brings her dog to Kuts N Kisses, and is very happy with the work they do. I was also pleased to hear what they charged. They were cheaper than the pet stores. I called them and they said I can bring her in it anytime, which just amazed me, so I brought her in. They did a great job while I waited, and I loved the price. I took my dog Franklin in for a grooming appointment when I picked him up, I was told everything was great. The only comment made was that the underside of his tail was "a little short." Nothing else was mentioned. When I got him home and looked more closely, I found that he had been severely shaved/raw between his legs--on his scrotum and around his anus and tail area. This was not a minor nick or normal grooming issue. It was extreme and painful for him and it went completely undisclosed. What followed was days of suffering for my baby. Franklin wouldn't walk anywhere because of how much pain he was in. He refused to go to the bathroom, and he wouldn't eat or drink without me hand feeding him because it was too painful for him to stand up in a normal eating position for him to do so. I had to take multiple days off work to care for him because he couldn't be left alone in this condition. I took him to the vet, where he needed a steroid injection and medication just to try to get some relief and even then, he still struggled to move for days. When I was finally able to get in contact with the manager, after multiple emails sent and gone unanswered, they tried to claim this was due to "sensitive skin." My dog is five years old and I have never had anything like this happen before. This was not a skin issue--this was a grooming issue. They then told me they would call me back after speaking with the owner. That never happened. Despite multiple attempts on my end to reach out, I have not received a proper response or resolution. This is not acceptable. I understand that grooming can sometimes involve small accidents, especially with mats--but this was severe, and the fact that it was not disclosed, followed by deflection and lack of accountability, is extremely concerning. If you're considering bringing your pet here, I strongly urge you to think twice. No pet should have to go through this, and no owner should be treated this way when something goes wrong.

Actually, even better I worked there for a few years while my kids were in school and saw the care that the groomers, staff and owner took to make grooming a positive experience. My dogs love going there and love the attention they get from all of the staff
