The speed Ashley worked at to get everything in order was amazing!! Because of Ashley's connections I got an amazing deal on my rentals (tables, linens, charger plates). She managed all the contracts, rentals, timeline, guest list, COVID regulations, all vendors, all the last minute disasters (and there were plenty). Due to COVID Delta Variant my guest list was decreasing by the day. Ashley adjusted my rentals, seating chart along with per person cost on a daily basis. My hair stylist cancelled on me the night before, the menu printing was delayed due to a storm the night before, the cake was delayed. A bride's worst nightmare!! Ashley worked all night.. to get me newly printed menus, stood outside a salon to get hair extensions, called around cake places to get a new quote under my budget ...and then somehow this crazy woman managed to stay until 3am the night of my wedding to sure everything was in order and my vendors cleaned out. Trust me when I say this the number of things that will go wrong no matter how much you plan is crazy...this is where a wedding planner is a life saver. Not just any wedding planner but a one that is willing to go the extra mile! I had spoken to wedding planners who charge by the hour. Trust me when I say this please hire someone who is willing to work around the clock and a personality you get along with! She was also so sweet and helped me out with an event I was having prior to my wedding which was not included in our contract. When I say this woman goes above and beyond I meant it. Sure enough it was so cheaply made it seemed like it would collapse if gently bumped, and it was filthy. We cleaned it thoroughly inside and out in preparation for use, but we were too grossed out to use it. When I returned it and explained that we hadn't used it, that the equipment was dirty and rusty, the lady's excuse was that it was the end of the season. When I explained that we didn't use it because it was gross, and that we would appreciate a refund, she was unapologetic and said "we don't do refunds". Maybe this was an isolated incident regarding the equipment condition, but the customer service is definitely lacking.

My engagement party was 9/30/17. I corresponded completely through emails and was quoted a price that included everything I need, even taxes and delivery. All items were named in the email. I was caught off guard when the price went significantly up upon arrival of the tables and chairs. I made multiple phone calls but the office wasn't open and the delivery men had to leave so I paid them and wrote on the contract I was quoted a lower price and told that they could reverse money from the office. After calling non stop all day I finally received a call back and they advised it was the fault of the man who was handling my account and if I wanted the money back it would have to come from his pocket personally because he quoted me wrong. The man called me to apologize and I spoke with him twice but never received my $70 resimbursement. I feel that was incredibly unprofessional way to handle the situation and it was never resolved. For these reasons I don't recommend using the company for cheating me out of the price I was quoted, quality and customer service over all. Many of friends are getting married and hosting parties and I have told them all to stay away.
