This is a wonderful and very welcoming place to get your cardio fix in a fun environment. First of all, I am not a fan of Zumba, but they have other classes here such as Deb's class on Wednesday which is a very high energy hip hop class and there's Barry's class on Saturdays which is my favorite and it's a mix of dance moves. I tried the Zumba on a Monday evening class taught by Lori and it was a bit disappointing, first off, the music was a departure to what a music would be to a true Zumba class. Secondly, the moves again were off and at one point we were dancing to Tina Turners Proud Mary and ended with Ed Sheeran's love song - at the end of the day, her class was just a hot mess, but I still give this place 5 stars. read more

I was looking for a Zumba class and found Renee's. I've been doing Zumba since 2010 and this is a fabulous workout. Think cool lights hot music and instructor energy that will not stop. I arrived to smiles, water and a very welcome group. I felt like I was a local instead of being from Seattle. I asked if there are "saved spots " and no just come on in and dance. Coming from Los Angeles as a Zumba enthusiast, I was searching for a Zumba class and came across Renee's Groove Room. Zumba class with Nikki was so much fun, and the studio was adorable. The energy at the studio was positive, and the staff was amazing. They also sell Zumba gear. Renee (the owner) is super nice and welcoming, and Karen was so helpful while checking us in. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Nashville/Hermitage. I would recommend the studio to both locals and visitors. read more

To say the least I am very disappointed I spent 45 minutes traveling to this location to do yoga tonight and got here and this lady told me that it's butts and guts tonight not yoga. They switched it, I would have appreciated a phone call or something to let me know so I wouldn't have wasted one of my classes and my time to get here and having to pay a babysitter for nothing now. I lost out on time and money and I am very disappointed because I really needed to do some yoga instructed by someone not by myself because I am not that advanced yet and I was trying to give this place a chance but this is only my second time here and there's already been a lack of communication and it makes me wonder if it's like this all the time. I could have stayed at home with my kids and saved my babysitting money and saved an hour and a half travel time if someone would have just called me and told me that they switched the class. I am very very disappointed and upset that this happened. read more

You don't need to feel trapped in a membership for service you may wind up not using. Plus, there's a myriad of options for classes, instructors, and styles of class. If you want low impact, high impact, yoga, even special events throughout the year. It's a family friendly environment you feel like family when you are there.
