I end up getting the filing done, and GUESS WHAT? I'm paying over 100 dollars for both. My wife, who asks a lot of questions, looked more into it. I think called Cigna, who said this office isn't in network, when on their website they are, lol. I called Jeff Commons, they claim to be in network, but the woman I spoke to told me Cigna downgraded the coverage for Composite, and would only pay for Amalgam. I then find out the Dr.Deborah Rodighiero ISN'T EVEN IN NETWORK! Now, I'm stuck with an addition 200 plus dollar bill on top of the over 100 I paid for. This is unacceptable. Why didn't you do your due diligence before you did my filings and make sure the composite filings were covered?! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

If you visit, expect to be overwhelmed by the cost of the treatment plan they prepare for you. When you simply want a cleaning, you'll be talked into purchasing all the things your insurance won't cover - like a $30 bottle of Essential Smiles mouthwash (which, by the way, isn't even approved by the FDA) and $20 flouride toothpaste. Then, another dentist will most likely give you a once over and discover yet another tooth that needs a crown. Not really acknowledging you're in the chair - but instructing the hygienist to add it to your treatment plan. Before you know it, the hygienist will brush some stuff over parts of your receding teeth (that are NOT sensitive by way). Upon checkout you'll be surprised to learn that's another $20 treatment not covered by insurance. I had a new patient appointment and two cleanings there last year. After three visits I'll be looking for care elsewhere. I have absolutely no trust in this practice.

The next day, I noticed two of my veneers were chipped--veneers I had just recently paid to have done. I called the office right away and was scheduled to come back the following week. But the dentist I saw wasn't the owner and couldn't make any decisions. Instead of accountability, he tried to place the blame on something I ate. No real assessment, no responsibility, no solution. The way this situation was handled was both incompetent and unethical. I was dismissed and made to feel like my concerns didn't matter. When a patient speaks up in real-time and follows up respectfully, there should be some level of care and ownership--especially in a cosmetic practice. Instead, I was met with denial and deflection.
