He then stated that that was just a "shadow" and that I have no cavities. Which was already hard to believe cause I was not taking good care of my teeth and was going there to begin my journey to restore my smile health. I did question this diagnosis of a "shadow" and he told me yes there is no cavity there even though, I could see it with my own eyes not even needing an x-ray. Flash forward to 2025 and I was having extreme pain in that tooth so we went back and he then said the tooth would need a root canal and crown. How could that be if there "was no cavity" in the first place so we began that process. the Dr said he could complete the procedure but when it was all said and done turns out he never even finished cleaning the root out!! AND sealed a massive infection in my tooth with a crown!!!! All because the root was curved and his tools couldn't handle cleaning it out properly without breaking my tooth root stating "that's as far as we can go" not "OK the tooth is all cleaned out". Instead of referring me out he went ahead and did the procedure and took our money happily since we were paying out of pocket. Then I was left with a horribly fitting crown destroying my bite and opposing teeth, and the crown was so cheap that when I had to go somewhere else to have the tooth actually cleaned and a proper root canal done the other dentist said that when he drilled through the tooth the crown was flaking away like a piece of plastic and, inside the tooth itself, they opened it and the first thing they said was "wow". I had 2 other fillings placed in this office on cavities they also "missed" during that cleaning as they couldn't have formed in a bit under 2 years by the son that was struggling so bad to reach the teeth that those two fillings had me there for about 3 hours and then ultimately a few days later turned into abscessed infections and needed root canals also. The office finance guy was not willing to refund us the money that we asked for because we didn't pay for the 2 fillings yet that ended up infected so he would give us what was left over after he took the money out for those and that they would replace the crown for free. Why would I want cheap crown in MY mouth. I WILL NEVER LET THESE PEOPLE COME NEAR MY MOUTH AGAIN. I would never send my friends, neighbors, or loved one to them. Do NOT go here as it seems they no longer have any idea what they are doing in there.

Today I had a root canal on a wisdom tooth, not easy. I have had many root canals over the years, and Dr. Greg Newman was the best practitioner by far. He explained everything before, during, and after. He repaired my tooth with precision, sensitivity, and a bit of humor, and went out of his way to be accommodating to me. Afterwards, he provided me with meds to reduce any possible inflammation ----and even called me that evening to check on me. That's where everything started to go downhill. It took until January 19th just to get in for the first half of my cleaning--yes, they only clean one half of your mouth at a time. The hygenist did a good job. Then it took until March 24th to schedule the second half. When I showed up on time for that appointment, I was told my X-rays had expired and I would need a new set for insurance reimbursement. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, my appointments were canceled multiple times, and I kept getting strung along with delays. At one point, they even tried to blame me for cancellations that were clearly on their end. Now, nearly six months later, I still haven't received any actual dental treatment, and I'm being told I may need another round of X-rays. Meanwhile, my dental health has only gotten worse. If you're okay with endless delays, rude communication, and zero accountability, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I STILL HAVE THE CARD. I had received text message reminders and a phone call reminder all leading up to this appointment. I scheduled myself to work from home that day so that I could go to this appointment for what I assumed was a cleaning. Due to road construction on my way there I would say that I arrived roughly 8 or 9 minutes late. I'm going to say that this amount of time late should NOT have been a problem because when I go there I literally NEVER walk straight into the appointment. I always have to wait!! Your time is no more valuable than mine is. Also, most PROFESSIONAL businesses give a courtesy amount of time too allow people to get to the appointment. Some of us actually work for a living. But I digress... Anyway, I walk up to the desk, give the receptionist my name and she says I don't have you on my schedule for today. I said well I certainly have an appointment. She keeps looking at the screen and asking me if I'm sure and to give her my name again. She still couldn't find me. Then I showed her my text message reminder. She then gets up and walks toward the back into the office and starts engaging in conversation with other women (one was definitely a hygienist whom she asked to do a cleaning for me) because she (the hygienist) said well she's not on the schedule and she's 15 minutes late even if she was so NO I cannot see her. This was said in a nasty tone while looking in my direction. I HEARD her say this as she was standing in a doorway, casually chatting up other women. She was clearly NOT busy. I said no, "She" (meaning myself) was not 15 minutes late and if it weren't such a Scooby Doo mystery of why I'm here I could have been getting seen by now. They very nastily told me I couldn't be seen that day and that I had been removed or crossed off the schedule because I was late. You have got to be joking. I'm sure you clowns have cameras. Check them and see how late I was and don't use that as an excuse for your ineptitude and unprofessionalism. I was told I could reschedule. I said I would do no such thing since you all wasted my valuable time. Dr. Fabey, your practice is only as good as your staff.

She is a good listener and cares about the input of her patients, then gives the best professional advice. She used great skill and gentleness in repairing the tooth. I love that she uses a gel to numb the area rather than an injection. I think this is a safer option for my care as well as, obviously, more comfortable.

They will milk you and your insurance for every penny for procedures you don't need. On the first…read morevisit they said they needed three different types of x-rays and said they couldn't do the cleaning without them so I had to pay out of pocket because insurance wouldn't cover unnecessary x-rays. Then they said I had periodontal disease and needed deep scaling. This also turned out not to be true. Luckily I knew they were lying and didn't pay the $350+ for this unnecessary procedure. If I had listened to all their lies I would have paid more than $600 out of pocket WITH insurance for x-rays and the deep scaling. Don't go here. Like the other reviewers said, they scare you into thinking you need a bunch of work done on your mouth when it's not true.
