Response to owner: Well no, because as you can see I've attached some screenshots that show that I reached out by phone after I didn't hear back to my web response to the yelp request where you accepted. I was eager to get going with an attorney and you were the first to respond and say that you could help whereas other attorneys were hesitant to work in Euless but open and waiting for my response. So I wanted to connect with you because you were first and because time is of the essence. I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not. And since you haven't even called me back since Tuesday and it's now Friday I'm not really sure what your argument is. Hence this review. They responded and said that they were happy to help me and then when I gave them information that was in the original inquiry about the two cities I have expired registration tickets out of they never got back to me even though I left several messages.

Communication is very poor--calls are not returned, and there is little to no follow-up. I waited nearly three weeks for an update and only received information after I reached out myself. When I called to ask why paperwork had not been filed as ordered by the judge, the receptionist (Vanessa) responded, "I didn't know there was a time frame," which was very concerning. My court date was scheduled for January 5, and had I not called the office myself, I would not have known to appear. Even then, I had to wait until 4 PM to get any information, only to be told that the lawyer wanted to speak with me. When the lawyer finally appeared in court, she was late and unprepared. To make matters worse, the office charges for communication with the front desk, yet the information you provide is not properly relayed.Overall, I felt ignored, overcharged, and unsupported during an already stressful situation. I would not recommend this office if you value timely communication, professionalism, and follow-through.If you are looking for a law office that lacks communication, fails to address concerns in a timely manner, and charges excessively for incomplete work, this would be the place.

I've practiced law in Dallas for almost a half-Century. I'm well aware of Personal Injury…read morepractice; those who advertise heavily have to settle quickly, cheap, in volume, to afford the tv commercials. Almost everything is handled by non-lawyer employees. Insurance companies know that, they make way-low offers, which are almost always taken. Two friends were injured in a classic wreck, they had the green light, middle of the intersection, a driver on his phone plowed through, hitting the Right-Side Door. Car video caught it all. One of the injuries was unusual, the passenger's hearing was dramatically affected. I called a couple retired PI lawyers I respected, described the case; after two of them suggested Marc Lenahan, I quit and called Mark. He has a reputation in the legal community of taking cases with unique injuries and pursing them vigorously. The clients were amazed: he called and talked with them for over an hour, explained how he practiced, their options to choose other counsel, talked about their damages, "If you do want to hire me, here's my address, call and make an appointment." The Insurance Company Adjuster made offers that were insulting, a couple thousand dollars, take it or leave it. Marc called, "We can reject it, file suit, that will likely get the attention of somebody above the Adjuster." Marc did. And, a couple months later called to say he'd gotten 100% of the Policy Limits. On both claims! Many PI lawyers only take "major" cases that may net them beaucoup bucks. This wasn't "major", just two good people whose lives were changed forever by a careless driver. Mark handled it the same way he would a million-dollar case. Dallas Personal Injury lawyers know about each other. I've never practiced PI, those I know and trust sent me to Marc. And he got my friends every cent available. He stayed in contact with them, kept them fully aware, gave them a complete accounting of how their payments were computed. Ethics are a major part in law practice. From what I saw, Marc's are of the highest.

Marc Lenahan brings these qualities, and more, to his practice; plus has the outside connections and resources to pursue every avenue available to get justice for his clients. My accident reduced me to being a quadriplegic, it was complicated and crossed state lines. Mark and his associates not only did a fantastic job, but constantly kept me up to date and involved, even bringing in a financial expert for what proved to be incredibly important advice on how to handle my end of the settlement. She was unprepared and unprofessional. She was told her work was "bad practice" by the immigration judge himself during a hearing we were present for. When we asked her why she wanted to pursue a course of action, she threatened to leave our case. Additionally, she was using CHAPTGPT DURING THE HEARING to answer the judge's questions. Are you not competent to do your job???? Additionally, she had us make a bond payment with the department of justice that was NOT necessary and now we are having issues receiving a refund. We have communicated with their office and have received no response back. So much for their "48 hour" response policy!!! Do not waste your money. Both their immigration and criminal departments suck, and the rest probably do as well. Also, JEFF MORROW, the CLO, said that their attorneys can only be good at either customer service or producing quality work and it's hard to balance the two as an attorney. News flash, they are bad at BOTH. He took NO accountability for the low-quality work of his attorneys and would essentially make excuses on their behalf. Once someone does this on behalf of their firm and sees no mistakes, then no growth can occur and they will continue producing poor service. What a shame that firms like this exist. Please look at all the other BAD reviews they have here and do not hire them!!!

I strongly advise anyone considering the Manuel Diaz Law Firm -- and especially attorney Courtney…read moreMiller -- to think twice and get everything in writing. I was charged thousands of dollars for trial representation with a clear verbal agreement that if my case was dismissed before trial, I'd receive a partial refund. My case was, in fact, dismissed -- but once it came time to honor the refund, I was suddenly told that her "boss" didn't approve it. That condition was never mentioned before payment. This feels like a bait-and-switch. I paid for services that were never delivered, and now they're refusing to do the right thing. This isn't just bad customer service -- it's unethical. They took advantage of someone in a vulnerable legal situation and showed no accountability when called out. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Bar of Texas for unethical conduct and mishandling of client funds. Future clients: protect yourself. Get all agreements in writing, and be wary of verbal promises -- especially when money is involved.
