It used to be a great place with the old receptionist but the new receptionist is rude and will hang up randomly. the younger dentist is arrogant and just purely racist towards any person of color despite that being their main demographic. Painful service & dentist said the pain wasn't his problem. My dad got a crown done & said it was the most painful dental process ever. Dr. Coleman is way too rough and had no concern for his patient. After the service, my dad was in so much pain he went back to get help and doctor said it wasn't his problem anymore. Turns out he didn't do the procedure right and "must have forgotten to kill the nerve". This guy does not know what he's doing, and takes no accountability. read more

I had two root canals done in 2021 and they are both infected to this day, they suck. My father has gone here to get implants and the colors don't match. They broke the tooth under my sister bridge and recemented the tooth and put the bridge back on top and to tie day she has started a journey of spending so much money to fix this malpractice. I'm 21 and will be having two implants because of these people and have held an 2 infected teeth in my mouth for 3 years which is more likely to cause cancer since the infection spread to the bloodstream and i have to go somewhere else and pay $5000 to get implants for both teeth or re do the root canals for $3000. The worse dentist I ever visited in my life, they did a root canal and a crown on tooth #12 and it got loose and infected after a week. I don't recommend this dental office, please be careful. I made a complaint to several government agencies, but someone told me I have to submit my complaint to: 'The State Education Department', NYSED Office of Professional Discipline. Then, after their investigation my claims where denied. No one solved my problem, no one was found responsible, I did not get compensate or nether a solution for that malpractice. read more

If I could give this place a 0 as in GOOSE EGG ZERO, I would. The doctor effed up my right tooth when it was perfectly fine prior to my first visit with him. I went back and the guy just sprayed some stuff, asked if it still hurt which I said yes a little, and he proceeded to tell me I would need a root canal. Man, say what?!? I honestly don't think he filled my cavities correctly. The doctor does not really pay full attention to his patients and even his dental assistant was telling me how much she hated him. I love this Dentist!! They accept most major insurance. The staff is vet friendly and each procedure I've had went quickly, thoroughly and gently. The reception area is extremely clean and due to COVID-19 restrictions, this office makes sure everyone is social distancing and only a few folks at a time in the waiting area appropriately spaced a part. I am just so surprised to see all the negative reviews for this clinic.Thank God for once I didn't check with my buddy Yelp.I went here after a colleague who regularly goes here suggested I go here when I walked in one morning minus a filling that came off last night. I wasn't experiencing any pain yet but was nervous as hell. I made my appointment with Dr Sheila for 4 pm that same day and she took me in less than 5 minutes after I got there.Filling out the paper work was a breeze and the front staff were very helpful.She was spot on with her observations of two other cavities that needed work and started to work on immediately after explaining the procedure.Their X Ray machines are pretty updated and they caused no discomfort at all. She started to work on right after that and it took her less than 30 minutes to get the job done after giving me a shot of anesthesia.She was very smooth with the procedure and caused me zero discomfort.I have been to a lot of dentists before and I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said Dr Sheila is my favorite dentist by far.Not only was she was professional and competent, but she really had a knack for putting her customers at ease by her chirpy and entertaining conversations. Can't say about the other dentists here, but you definitely won't be disappointed if you get Dr. Sheila. read more

I did the zoom teeth whitening in this place and they did a horrible job. I paid 370$ and my teeth came out looking exactly the same. They did the procedure wrong. I know exactly how the procedure should be done because I have been doing it once a year in different locations. They did not want to use the laser. I herd one of the workers say that there was something wrong with the laser machine. When I told her to use the laser she said no. This place stole my money. Go some where else. read more

Speaking of crowns Dr.K is a horrible densits who forced me to get work done even when i the patient kindly refused the work to be done. He got very angry, loud and belligerent towards me and claimed i hurt his feeling just because i rejected him to perform a root canal on my front tooth, mind you with out even discussing it with me first! Wow i never though a dentist would associate his poor feelings with a profession. Mocking the state of my oral health in a raging rant with me is unacceptable! I wish I'd read the reviews before taking my daughter to this dentist office. I went to this dentist office because it accepted my husband insurance, and the office is near to my house. Horrible!!! My 14 years old daughter haven't been to the dentist in a while, we expected that she'll having problems with her teeth, and the cleaning process will run a little longer than the average visit. Not only does my daughter have no cavities, it only takes him (older man, about 60ish dentist) about 10 minus to complete the whole cleaning procedures. The dentist did not removed any of visible plaque on my daughter teeth. He did not checked her gums for gums disease, he only polished her teeth!!! Without cleansing the teeth!!! I was in shocked and confused! When I asked him what happened to the water, cleansing instruments used to clean between her teeth (the normal cleaning procedures)? He looked me right in the face, and said, and I quote "we are not allow to give that kind of cleaning procedures for kids under 15 years old" I was like, is he for real ? I politely, thanking him, I was not even tried to corrected him, or pointed out of his lied. We went home, I went online looking for a Pediatric dentist, someone with 5 Star rating. Had the worst cleaning imaginable. The doctor was rough, kept splashing water in my eyes, and rushed the entire thing. Ive never had a 10 minute cleaning before. I don't know what his rush was. He even talked fast when explaining things to me. Honestly I don't even know if he was the dentist. He didn't have a lab coat on. With that kind of service he was probably the janitor. If I could give this place a 0, I would. This dentist practice promotes dental services to adults and children yet it does not cater to children at all. I made an appointment for my 3yr old and specifically asked if the dentist catered to children and was told yes. After paying the co-payment from the insurance, we get called in and immediately the dentist says "oh no I don't work with children. I only work with children who cooperate" (she's 3 yrs old!!) He then says, ok I'll try to work with her, he tells my 3 yr old "open your mouth" to which she doesn't and then he says nope I can't work like this. You have to take her to a specialized dentist. Then they refuse to return the co-payment and proceed to say this was a visit. Oh no! I'm reporting this incident to my insurance. I would never recommend this place to anyone!! They are liars and thieves! Don't say you cater to children and don't deliver service yet want to bill my insurance! read more

The Dr did my cleaning literally in 2 minutes and I was kind of begging her to do the polishing, she spent another 30 seconds and said it is all shiny... She was obviously rushing......for sure will never go there again, worst experience at a dentist ever. read more
