There are many good doctors out there, but as good as a doctor is, as knowledgeable as the doctor is, if not enough care (time & effort) is given to the patient, then you end up with the wrong treatment or diagnosis. Again, I tell him it is not the tooth he's speaking of, but the one behind it and how long the pain has been there for. He proceeds to tell me that due to HIM running behind in his schedule (ALTHOUGH MY APPT WAS FOR 12:30) he cannot complete the service for me unless it's only a cleaning I would like. I was completely livid from the moment I heard that because changing a cavity is something any other dentist does right then and there ALONG with the cleaning. And why should I suffer and not get the reason I came into this place in the first place handled, because HE WAS RUNNING LATE. He should've had the others waiting as he had me.
