Horrible. Wade Young is a snake oil salesperson. Say no and the price goes down. Say no again and the price goes even lower. Then he gives you a time window to change your mind but NEVER gets back when you leave a message. No voice mail set up. Then switches the phone off. Corporate office no better. They take your information but never call back. Text and email never answered either. God help them if they show up to do the work. I guess the next step is the legal system. Incredibly Incompetent and Unprofessional. Last summer I had issues with the foundation of my house. I called Groundworks and they sent an inspector to view my house. The inspector told me that I would need Wall Anchors installed in my basement to fix the problem and I agreed to the service. Later on I am contacted by the company again and I'm told I don't need Wall Anchors but I need Pylons installed under the house. I will need more of these and more damage will be done to my home and I will have to pay more to fix the issue. I don't like this but I understand so I agree to this as well. I ended up spending over $12,000.00 for this service. On the day of the service the installer looks around my basement and after opening my Utility Room Door he says with a gasp "Why didn't they survey this room?" That is not something you want to hear after paying $12,000.00 for a service. Groundworks will also not repair any damages they make to drywall, so I had to pay extra to solve that as well. They then told me that they would follow up within 6 months of the job. This inspection is included with the price meaning I paid for this service as well. I also decided not to finish my basement because if there would be a problem I would have to fix the future damage they would make, considering they don't repair the holes they make. This means I have an unfinished basement for over half a year. Six months come and go and they do not follow up with me. I call them and ask if they can send someone to look at my house one weekend and they agree. That person never came. I then scheduled an inspection (the one I already paid for) and they agreed to come today at 8am. At 8:30am no one showed up and I have not heard anything from the company. I then call the company to find out what is going on and they tell me they can't make it today and I have to reschedule. I will have to adjust my schedule again to make this work. Again, I paid over $12,000.00 for this service and they can't show even basic decency to the customer. If you are considering using their services, DON'T. Use another company. read more

I contacted Groundworks because I have been concerned about the condition of my homes foundation. I set an appointment, and Scott Hinton was at my home promptly at the scheduled time. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and provided a quote that was very reasonable. He walked us through everything that was included in the quote, and all of the issues he found during his inspection. I wish every business interaction could be as painless and pleasant as my experience with Scott. I am very satisfied with the experience and excited for the repairs to be done. Honest Review! When I read these, I often think the company has asked for a review and that they might offer some benefit for a 5 star review, but that is not the case here. When I saw my house sinking and developing small cracks, I thought it was going to be devistating. It wasn't. I had no idea they could do what they do and for a surprisingly reasonable price. The whole process, from sales (Ashton) to completion, was so much better than I thought. When Dylan, Jaxon, Joseph and Brayden came to do the job, they were thourough and polite. They immediately put down runners to keep my flooring clean. They even called me "sir". The job was dirty but they kept it all contained. Most importantly, they kept me informed about the entire process and eased my concerns at every turn. At one point one of the workers tripped on a sprinkler pipe and "broke it". They immediately told me and insisted on fixing it. It really wasn't even broken. It was such a minor thing but was an example of their dedication to integrity and the quality of their work. I even heard them competing amongst themselves about who could do the cleanest cement finish. Micah, Jaxon, Christian, Joseph and Nathan did a great job on our foundation repair! The process was easy start to finish.

Our house is over 100 years old and needed an indoor gutter installed, the crew Dylan(foreman), Kevin, Branden and Buttars were exceptional! They showed up on time every day and worked hard to complete the job, even staying late in the rain to get it done. They were great keeping me informed about the work being done. They discovered a problem with my plumbing I was unaware of and thankfully I was able to have it repaired in tandem with the foundation repair. They were great at working around the plumbers schedule and they stayed late, on a Saturday, in the rain, to complete the job. They cleaned up after themselves and left my basement better than they found it. This crew went above and beyond my expectations and I am forever grateful to them for their hard work and great service. I highly recommend using Groundworks! read more

Micah, Jaxon and Christian did an excellent job. They arrived on time, and adjusted to a couple of our changes, as with sump pump location and extending the trench/gutter. They answered all our questions, and explained everything as they did them. I would highly recommend them for water-proofing your basement. With their resolution, design and strategy, we didn't have to remove any large, mature, exterior shrubs, nor tear up any concrete outside our house. Thank you guys! read more

The folks I've dealt with at Groundworks have all been very high quality. Phil Ralph's was our inspector and his very thorough inspection and estimate of repair was followed by Micah, Austin and Jaxon performing the repairs. All were great communicators and very hard working. Micah, Austin and Jaxon were willing to explain anything I asked along the way and Micah did a great job of recapping everything at the end.
