Russell and his cousin came to my home to lift a section of concrete on my RV pad. I was told by Rhino Foundation Systems that they would be at my home between 8 and 10 a.m. March 23, 2020. I received a phone call from Russell a little after eight on the 23rd, saying they were on their way. About a half hour later they arrived, looked at the job to be done and Russell said that the cost may be a little more than what the appraiser had quoted. This gave me some concern. I thought that I might be experiencing the work of a company that will quote you one price that sounds good and once you agree the workers show up to advise you that the job will be more expensive. I expressed my feelings to Russell. Russell handled my initial disappointment in a company that may practice this type of business well and professionally. He said that he just wanted to be honest and make sure there are no surprises after the job was finished. Once I expressed my concerns about the price I asked Russell if by lifting one corner of the concrete if it could be done in a way that will lower the other side, whereby allowing a gate to swing freely. He said that he would try but gave no promises. Because of Russell expertise, he was able to lower one side of the pad and now the gate swings all the way open. Russell was able to lift all of my concrete pads to my satisfaction and stayed within the quoted price. After the lifting Russell and his cousin cleaned up the job site and left the area cleaner then when they came. I know that when the appraiser quoted me the price of lifting the concrete he did say that if the job took more foam than expected there would be an additional charge. However, I found it interesting that Russell, once he look at the job to be done, immediately said that the my quoted price may be low. As it all turned out the price was what was quoted and the job was completed to my satisfaction. read more

Our basement, along with 30 others in just our subdivision, flooded in January of 2023. We decided to prevent future flooding by putting in a sump pump. A number of our neighbors had already gotten bids and the consensus was that Rhino had the best price and service. Their representative came out within a couple of hours of our call and we got a bid the same day. The amount was less than expected so we entered into a contract. Brayden kept us informed as to when he was going to be here, and when he and his helper arrived, performed the install very professionally and explained every thing they were doing. It has been a long time since we have delt with a contractor that was as professional and personable as Brayden and everyone at Rhino. We cannot recommend Rhino enough. I had the opportunity to work with Breydan today on a project that we received several bids for. Rhino's pricing was the best and so was their customer service. Breydan let me know when he arrived to the job site, allowed me to ask additional questions, and assisted the homeowner with their concerns. From start to finish this company has been great. Initial call to schedule, estimator was very knowledgeable and courteous about the whole process, they were even able to bump up the actual appointment by 2 weeks. Brayden and his crew were great to work with and did a great job. We had a sump pump installed with various lines throughout the slab so lots of cutting, jackhammering, digging, and install. Nick and his colleague from Rhino Foundation systems came out yesterday 3/21/23 to fix our flooding issue by putting in a sump pump system. They were very professional, and efficient, and cleaned the area after they were done. Their job wasn't an easy one but they got it done within a couple of hours. Joel came out for an initial inspection and quote for a water leak in our basement. He was courteous and kept in touch about arrival time. Joel was very informative on what Rhino Foundations will do if the leak is discovered to be coming through the foundation, and was able to give us a quote before he left. read more

This system is better than anything else I have seen for water dispersion. Jonathan and his crew were able to complete this project in a day vs. the two (2) days I thought that it would take.
