The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because they were late due to a meeting at headquarters that ran overtime, and when they hit my mailbox on the way out they didn't come back to tell me. He told me numerous times he didn't have the money to finish my job (we had already paid him 26k at this point) because he used my money to pay for other jobs. I have him on video recording saying he's going to put in piers and everything else and never had any intention on doing it. His employees said he never paid them so there was period where no one was at the job site working. His employee said Eric told him to cut corners on the job and because of this our entire house is still uneven. We'll have to pay another foundation company 30k+ just to fix all his mistakes.

Then they called to see when I wanted to start the job and I reminded them that they never gave me any written quote. The next day the sent a one-page document that had an amount written in but no information on number of piers, cost of labor, etc. Then a month later they called again to see when I wanted to start the job. This company needs to shut down and stop wasting people's time.
