Snyder's came out and reviewed not only the problem section but the entire roof. They developed a plan that not only addressed the existing issues, but also caught some wind damage that hadn't yet made itself known to us. They completed the roof in a day and came out later to see how it was doing. When we found our unusual roof still had an issue, they came out again and made another adjustment, and also did another round of nail clean-up in the yard. First off, James is actually decent at smaller jobs and at very good rates!…read more I got a great deal on my water heater install and installing some prefabbed fencing along my back deck. He even helped me install my ceiling fan, but TBH, I ended up helping him set most of it up... All I needed him for was to mount it, but after helping him with 85% of the work and a couple hundred $ later, it was ok... I also had him install my new kitchen sink faucet, but unfortunately "I" didn't notice that it was installed backwards (The handle is on the left side, not the right where it belongs) He gave me some excuse about how that's how he does them and that's what the instructions called for... So I took a photo of the HUGE WALL OF FAUCETS at Lowes where I got mine, to show him that EVERY SINGLE ONE is installed on the right. He DID say he'd fix it though! (For $50 of course...) So for small jobs, he's acceptable (Just make DARN SURE you're 100% satisfied before he leaves and assume nothing) I had a screened in side porch that lasted just over 20yrs. Jim's "Remodel" didn't last half a season... I tried to work with him and he just left it at "Call Apex Pros" TLDR: Small stuff around the house, he's good at and very reasonably priced, but If you have a bigger project in mind, I'd HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere because pictures and words do no justice
