Not only was additional damage done to our home by the incompetent Dr. Flood crew but the company would not pickup the collection of blowers left behind. After numerous attempts by myself and StateFarm to have blowers claimed the company finally came and then charged us for the additional days that they left the blowers: $6,000+ Dr. Flood manager, Itzel Madrigal 614.697.4158, will not respond to e-mail or phone attempts to correct the overcharge. Have reported to Better Business Bureau and Office of Consumer Affairs in the hopes this company will have enough complaints they will be unable to continue their reign of consumer abuse and thievery.
