If you have a wedding coming up, you have to hire GCC&C!…read more Jean and LaFronza are super professional, warm and incredibly helpful when it comes to thinking of all the details surrounding the food. My husband and I got lucky that they were our first tasting when looking for our wedding caterer; we tried their crab cakes, salmon cucumber rolls, NY strip steak with chimichurri, mahi mahi with coconut curry sauce, plantains and ratatouille. Everything was absolutely perfect, both during our tasting back in 2021 and at our wedding this past weekend. The steak had a beautiful pink inside and an amazing grill charr on the outside. The coconut curry sauce permeated the mahi mahi and our veggie sides were incredibly fresh tasting. I also have to mention we almost forgot to ask for a vegan, gluten free option for one of our guests but Jean and LaFronza were super accommodating with our request. I can't say enough good things about the food, I am honestly amazed at how they were able to bring everything from Orlando to Indialantic and cook it to perfection. I wish we lived in Florida, but we will absolutely hire them again whenever we have another event there. TLDR: 10/10, highly recommend!

In all of our events to date, no other caterer has delivered so many well-prepared and so well-received meals as Gourmet Crepes Cafe & Catering. I can't recommend them highly enough and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

Simple concrete block building that reminds me of the old Florida restaurants of my youth. My kind of place. The service was great, My server, Patty, made sure my iced tea was always filled when I was ready. The tea was very good. I tried my usual first visit to a BBQ Restaurant selections. Next time I will try the pork and chicken. I ordered the Lunch combo plate with St Louis Ribs and Brisket. For sides I got the green beans and cole slaw. The ribs were cooked to perfection not over or undercooked, with great flavor. The brisket had great smoke ring and was tender, flavorful and the slices were very good. I also used their spicy BBQ Sauce. It was very good on both of the meats. They also have a sweet BBQ sauce that I didn't try. Now the sides. The Cole slaw was good, but it is a little sweet for me. Now, the green beans. My mama would say, they were undercooked. Not crunchy like I have had in some restaurants, but not cooked like how I like them and how I cook them at home. The meal also comes with toasted garlic bread. If you like good BBQ, and are in the area, I recommend you give them a try. I drove an hour each way to visit and as far as I am concerned, the trip was well worth it.

The portions are big, the price is on the lower end for bbq at least from Palm beach prices. Everything is made from scratch and the waitress said the meat comes from the local butcher shop. 10/10

(Mark also offers kayak-in trips as well) In my 11 year old's words, it was "the highlight of his vacation". Mark is an amazing tour guide, a wealth of knowledge, and an amazing personality. We had so much fun on this tour. We met up at a predetermined location in Arcadia, along with two other families, where Mark showed us a few examples of the types of fossils we would be finding and should be looking for. He was very specific that while there was a possibility of finding giant megladon teeth and other awesome finds, they would likely not be what we found that day. After the orientation, we drove about 15 minutes to our dig site. Mark provides the shovels and screens for our fossil digs. We spent 3-4 hours in a shallow river (3-4 ft deep) digging and screening for fossils. The kids' attention was kept for at least two hours before they started chasing minnows and playing in the river. Mark had the families in different areas of the river, and took turns with each group throughout the day to help identify our finds, and to give pointers on where to dig. In the end, we walked away with a few handfuls of fossils, most notably a prehistoric giant armadillo plate, and 4 small shark teeth. Mark is very knowledgeable, and gave us all quite an educational, yet fun experience. We enjoyed chatting with Mark, and learning about his adventures and finds. If you're even considering this trip, do it, I can't recommend it enough. A few tips: - bring a hearty lunch in a cooler, you'll be hungry when you break for lunch. Also bring cold drinks. - wear water shoes, or socks and an old pair of tennis shoes. There's lots of sand and gravel in the river, and they get stuck in sandal type shoes. -don't forget sunscreen! -bring a tube of hand sanitizer for mealtime -bring a change of clothes, you WILL get wet. I wore a swimsuit and shirt. -if you're interested in purchasing on of Mark's books, bring some extra money ($20 each) -don't be shy, ask questions
