We go to Princess Auto as they always have what we are looking for and then they carry to parts to fix all our equipment. We are a small farm and a campground/Eco Village that always needs lots of parts and equipment so Princess Auto is our go to store. It is the best store across Canada for hydraulics, air fittings, and hard to find items. I love this place. The prices are unbelievable and the staff are pleasant and chatty . They planted one guy to be grumpy but i bet you can't find him. I ended up calling Lube City to find out if they had the right battery for my car at first they said they didn't, but the manager for me back and told me he actually did have it. I was able to get a boost and get into their shop immediately and was out within 15 minutes. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this. If you are AMA member they charge the same prices as AMA for a new battery.

They agreed to one thing and then charged us to for other things. My husband is in the business and because they couldn't make any money off parts he added an extra $300 onto the bill, that is after he agreed to do the work if we supplied the parts. They found at least 4 extra things to charge us for. $650 for labor to change an alternator and battery that the book rate is 2 hours! Unbelievable.
