This place is a Rip Off! Service Department is Horrible!! We purchased a brand new trailer from here. We also purchased the extra warranty insurance for $3500. only because we were told it covered things like our fridge, slide, jacks etc.. and apparently nothing is covered under it! Don't fall for their scam. They misrepresent the extended warranty. We took our trailer in because we had a few issues and also a question about our fridge- light was yellow all the time whether on shore power or propane. We thought it was supposed to be green when on shore power. They charged us $135 to tell us that it stays yellow regardless of power source. Our Rear Stab Jacks stopped working (they would only go half way ) and they charged us $98.45 to tighten a wire (said it wasn't covered under Ins.) Light above sink was flickering -charged us another 98.45 to tell us it's not flickering for them- they replaced nothing. Yup still flickering- probably didn't even check the right light. In total we had 7 minor similar items we asked them about. They replaced nothing and charged us for each one but also charged us an additional 8.95 x 7 in shop supplies. I asked them why on top of the ridiculous charges for each item was I being charged for shop supplies when they didn't use any. Fraserway's answer "we automatically charge $8.95 per concern". Our total bill was just shy of $900. to have Nothing fixed (except the jacks) or replaced. Then to top it off after we paid they brought us the wrong trailer- when my husband told them (upon realizing it wasn't our trailer) they brought ours and the back of the trailer and jacks were full of grass and mud. When we took the trailer to them it had just been washed and it was spotless. They said "Well we had to park some of the trailers in the field". But they didn't even have the courtesy to clean off the back. I had asked for the service manager to call me earlier in the day after I was sent the invoice and I did not receive a call back. The service receptionist was nice but according to my husband the service tech who brought out our trailer was super rude and said " Do you want to pay me to wash your trailer" when my husband questioned why it was so dirty. I will NEVER have my trailer serviced there again! Nor will I buy another trailer from Fraserway. I Do Not recommend this place. read more

We would not recommend buying from here. They told us they would fix an issue when we bought our trailer. We have brought it in twice and never fixed it probably when they guaranteed they would fix it! read more

I have had great experiences at Fraserway RV in west Edmonton during the time I have owned two motorhomes. Their service department is so helpful and I would like to give a shout-out especially to Jackie Kondrat at the front desk who was very accommodating and friendly. I also needed help learning about the grey and black water systems in my new RV and a service technician came out from the back and walked me through the emptying procedure. I call that customer service above and beyond. I have dealt with other RV businesses and none give the service of this location. I highly recommend them to anyone with RV maintenance requirements. read more

I just bought a rv from Fraserway. It is now going on to day 4 of calling every day to leave a msg for someone from the service department to call me back to answer a question I have. We purchased an Adventurer camper from Fraser Way Edmonton. 1) Took camper to Cold Lake and stepped out onto stairs which promptly fell off with me on them. John took it in and the repair guy looked at it and stated we had put the stairs in the wrong place. We told him that's where they were installed by Fraserway. He then went and took a drill and screwed the steps on higher. No sorry or nothing and we had to fill the holes. 2) Shower quit working next. About two hundred to fix it. 3) Heater vent on roof fell apart and we had to epoxy and tape it back together. 4) Window by table leaking in the rain. Took it in and were told they do a smoke teast. About two hundred again and it still leaked. Took it back and they sealed it again but said we would not be charged. Next rain it still leaked so we siliconed the crap out of it ourselves , leak fixed. 5) Black water leaking out of drain. Took it in and three hundred later we're told its fixed. Then the latch fell off the door. We just fixed it ourselves. And now all four legs a rusting badly. With so many other dealers please shop around and don't purchase any thing with an Adventurer name on it. read more

Tried to get my RV serviced recently, but had to leave after I could not take it anymore. First of all, they will not respond to any emails (tried last year and this year) however got a response out of them via the phone. When I dropped by with my RV I tried to explain my problem to the technician who wasn't listening and didn't have a clue of the part I was having an issue with. I left him to talk to the manager who was very arrogant and defended his technician and again was not listening, so I left. This is not how you treat customers, even if it is just for a minor repair. They point they are clearly missing is that if need to drop $33k for my next RV, I won't be going to this dealer. read more

I have to say I'll never deal with a fraser rv company again after dealing with the one here on stoney plain road. The siding was coming off the side of my trailer I took it to them on the 29 Aug 2016. I get there and the lady at the service desk didn't even acknowledge for ten minutes then when I told her about the problem with the trailer she said we don't do that type of repairs until October I didn't know there was a special month to do warranty repairs. After telling her that it wasn't good enough she went in the back and got some guy to come out after dealing with him I left my trailer there for the following repairs, the siding, shower stall coming of the wall and the hot water heater pressure relief valve. Today 30 Oct 2016 I finally got the trailer back. Well they did repair the siding but not the shower stall or the pressure relief valve I know they didn't replace the value because I notched it before I left that day, as stated on the work order they did all the repairs. After bring this to their attention they went into a rage and basically told me to take my trailer and get out and never to come back. after voicing my opinion they called the police on me. read more
