The lady in the store was very nice and extremely helpful. I went myself to pick up the coat and bought a size small. Unfortunately it was too small and my daughter had to go back to get a medium. The lady was very nice and exchanged it with no issues at all. Great customer service and one of the only uniform stores around that actually carry lab coats.
