Also, there is so much scrap mixed in (along with some asphalt!) with the wood (see pics) and they say their wood is "clean"????? Our woodstove is our primary source of heat in the winter and now we just spent our wood budget on CRAP! I called twice....once I left a voicemail because no one answered and the other time the person who answered took our information and said we would get a call or Keith would come to the house to discuss....Guess what....NO ONE called or came to talk to us! I always want to do business within my town and they boast that they take care of their customers and their wood is CLEAN and SEASONED....NONE of it is true! Also, they state that all of their logs are uniformly cut...see the pic....that is also not true! Now we have to sift through, separate, and stack what can be used and then take more time to clean all of the scrap and dirt...which is about 3 inches thick! What is most disappointing to me is that they do not even care the least about even trying to make things right.....it is really unbelievable to me.

Last August I visited Bellingham Nursery & Garden Center with my wife, she was looking for a Rose Tree. After looking around & talking to the individual that was helping us, he talked us into buying a Rose Tree that he had displayed. The tree was $100.00 which was quite a bit more than we wanted to spend, but he insisted that this was a great tree & that we would certainly get many years of enjoyment out of it. The tree did fine for a couple of months to the end of the season. But this spring we are seeing absolutely no life at all from the tree. I called Bellingham Nursery & Garden Center to explain my concerns& was told that the reason for the problem with the tree was that we did not get enough snow this winter! Let me just say this, I have many trees, bushes & plantings in my yard, which all do fine no matter how much snow we get or don't get. That was the most ridiculous reasoning that I have ever heard of. So at that point I asked to talk to the owner & was told that he would not be in until later on that day. So the person that I was talking to took my name & number & said that she would have him give me a call when he came in later that day, which he never did. Two days later I called back trying to reach the owner once again & was told by the same woman that I had talked to previously that she had given the owner John my contact information & was under the impression that he had called me. At that point she stated that she would ask him again to call me back. Now another two days & still no call back. I have to believe that I am just being ignored, which is not the way to treat a customer who spent $100.00 of his hard earned money on a tree that lasted two months. I have always been treated well over the years by local businesses, but in this case, I feel I was cheated & am now being ignored! So in my opinion, if you are looking for a fair shake, don't do business with these people, they will gladly take your money, but if there is a problem with what they sold you, you are on your own!!!
