Disappointed unfortunately. I'm happy to send my very special friend flowers and I'm happy that she loves them. I'm happy to support small businesses. However, I am disappointed with what she received. I live in NYC and am very aware that flower arrangements can be expensive. I am disappointed in the fact that this location is a nursery and should have tons of flowers at their disposal, so I expected a phenomenal arrangement compared to what I've bought and have gotten in NYC for the same price. Maybe it's better to buy in person where you see what you get but definitely do not recommend buying online. Brenda was very helpful, personable and caring as we were purchasing funeral flowers for my mother in law. The flowers were beautiful and just as promised in beautiful pink and purples. My only reason for not giving a perfect score is I was a bit disappointed in the size of the standing spray. Maybe I should have clarified the actual size. The books gave me the impression the spray would be a bit larger than it actually was. read more

I went to this business because my family has always gone there for funeral flowers over a span of many years. When my mother recently passed away I called the day before and was asked to come by at 11 am to choose flowers for her funeral. When my husband and I got there the owner was chatting with someone so we waited for awhile until she finally looked up at us and asked if we were together, nodded and continued to ignore us for quite sometime. When I finally asked another employee if we should come back at another time she said no, and quickly took our order of ~$700.00 worth of flowers. The owner never acknowledged us, not even on our way out. It was a weird experience to say the least, unprofessional, and rude. In retrospect, we should have gone elsewhere at that point. I gave them one star because at least the flowers were delivered as ordered. read more

I am really glad I came to this florist for a wedding shower. The ladies were really knowledgeable and patient as I had no idea what was in season for what look I desired for a dozen arrangements. The flowers came out beautiful! They were so helpful and diligent to make sure everything went according to plan. The price was fair and worth every penny for all of the advice. They weren't afraid to tell me they couldn't do certain things due to availability/season and were honest about what would would meet my expectations. It is a week later and people are still raving about the flowers. The roses are still gorgeous! read more

We had two retaining walls that needed to be fixed, and he and his team were beyond easy to work with, professional, and did an amazing job rebuilding the walls, remulching, and adding decorative stones. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered an item from their website. A very unpleasant woman called to tell me they did not have the item. I selected another item from their website and was again told that they did not have the item. I am unclear as to why the website allowed me to purchase said items if they were not available. I was forced into purchasing something that was not what I wanted and that cost less than the money I had already paid online. I also paid for delivery, which was no longer necessary as the person was coming to pick up the item after the unpleasant woman said she did not recognize the address of the delivery, which is in the same town as the florist, and was angry that I did not know where the person lived as I have not been to their house and am from across the country. When I asked if I would be refunded the $15 for the delivery fee and difference in price of the item, she became irate. She told me that she had spent an hour on this order and that she "did not care" if I kept the order. She refused a refund and proceeded to complain about how busy she was and couldn't be bothered with this order. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and a genuine lack of human regard. Do yourselves a favor and shop anywhere but here. read more

The service is great and the selection of flowers is unreal. They can answer any of your gardening questions and even have a terrific landscaping department which I have personally seen work completed for a family member to enhance they're entry path to the house which added much needed visual appeal and overall value to the house. Called over there this morning to pick up a tree that we had ordered and paid for the week before. The woman who answered the phone was completely rude went from "I don't know what you are talking about" to "it's never going to fit in an SUV." (Which it did with 0 issues). While loading it into the car, Hillside truck comes around the corner beeping at us to move (the other car blocking was owned by the guy helping us with the tree). Really odd behavior considering there were 0 customers there. read more

This is one of those "road less traveled" stories. Mom was visiting a friend of hers in Franklin, and on the way back we spotted this cute little garden center. I was just looking at the different plants when I found two beautiful varieties of coleus - "Black Dragon" and "Dark Star". They went out front with the other coleus I got from Bileau's. The lady who works there is very nice, and was very knowledgeable about the corkscrew plant Mom bought for two dollars. I think I will definitely come back here again. read more
