Been going there for over 4 years , before I went to the north Miami store , I have tried all and I prefer my number one 1 to be Grow healthy , and I have been going to the Deerfield store for a few years , Maddie , Nicole , Angela and the rest of the staff are awesome people , their integrity is unmatched as I have been to see the other dispensaries , but for me and my health , I choose Grow healthy , and I choose Deerfield beach . The managers/employees of this store are awesome always very helpful. I get in and out of the store super quick so always a great thing to not have to wait. Also their live rosin is honestly the best bang for your buck in town. MPX has been solid this location wasn't receiving enough to supply the demand but the last couple weeks have been a complete turn around. They all deserve raises :) read more

Ugh i want to like this place because the staff are nice but the products is 100% complete garbage. I have tried every few years but they lie about 100% and will tell you things are Indica but they are 100% anxiety causing garbage and they should be shut down. At least other distributers will tell you about what they sell. These guys label anything however they feel and most of it is complete trash. It is all inaccurately labeled. They will kill someone selling these lies and this disgusting trash weed. Shut down or go to jail for lying about the garbage you sell. It is not the $$ amount but the fact you are selling parsley soaked in bong water and telling people it isn't garbage. The anxiety this garbage causes will kill someone one day. read more

Good flower, but poor stock-management system and miserable service representatives. You can process a delivery order on Monday, and get confirmation of a delivery on Friday, only to get a call Thursday that they are out of stock. According to their reps, this happens occasionally. It's a pointless waste of the consumer's time when Trulieve/other dispensaries can just deliver the next day with no hassle whatsoever. It's made more frustrating by how petty and argumentative the customer service staff can be in lieu of simply acknowledging inconveniences and communicating solutions. I don't think they've really been trained adequately as they sincerely do not understand social etiquette on the phone. I feel like I'm ordering weed from my bratty teenage daughter. I get that sometimes people have bad days, but I can't see how consistently taking a passive-aggressive attitude can help anybody. Customers shouldn't be made to feel trite when they inquire about their deliveries and medication. They're just ordering medication, they don't need to be pissed off in the process. Growhealthy's customer service is just far inferior to other dispensaries. Add in their inventory/stock mismanagement problems and it makes dealing with them just a headache. read more

Are the staff high as well? Deliveries take a very long time and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. They don't seem to care that their service is so hard to access and that it doesn't seem high quality when you do. I thought I would be talking with a nurse when I called in. I am not satisfied with this store and look forward to shopping in other dispensaries in the future. If you are thinking about shopping here FYI Growhealthy does not have deals on their goods as frequently as other stores despite same quality materials. You might as well start buying with another dispensary that has a rewards program. read more

1st the way you advertise the live rosin carts on the website is confusing. It doesn't come with 510 battery. Pretty sure that's false advertising. 2nd I never got my pre-roll with my 50 dollar order. You would it would be in the bag ready for the customer but I guess it's don't ask don't tell. I like this dispensary. The RSO and flower these guys had, was the first that actually helped me with my nerve damage. My favorite strains are Wookie Girl, Blue Coughing, and Lemon Freeze Pop. I drove almost an hour to get to this location and got there at 8:40 and an employee named Steve said he couldn't help me and when I asked why since I arrived 20 minutes before closing he said "there's script I'm supposed to read off of but I can't find it right now". He was completely rude, had a terrible attitude, and was very unhelpful. I asked for a manager but he said they weren't there. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. read more

I think maybe you and Steve are friends, maybe that's why it's such a breeze for you here. STEVE has an attitude problem. Do not recommend this location at all. I was in the area and has to stop by and noticed SMIRKY Steve was still running the show. They can't get a delivery out in less than a week. Any other dispensary is 1 to 2 days. Now they want another 4 days. Nope. They can keep their overpriced garbage. Avoid like covid. They overcharged my recs and still haven't removed the order from the registry. read more
