It's very disappointing when your pay for your goods at place you enjoy going too. A lot of the medical place bud tenders think they're the coolest people just brcause if where they work at. Yes some people have good vibes etc. And they help you find what's good for you. The products at JB are good products, and it really sucks when you as a patient go to pay for your meds, the tender clearly fumbles the transactions in more than one eay, along with the order itself. You pay, then leave to go on with your life. Show up a week later, as the company is holding a special and opening up early. Waited 90min to be attened to, sure fine, they didnt staff right, it happens. You go to place a new order and the company ask you to pay more money at the end because they messed up with your payments last week.That should be handled internally with the staff. How could you make a patient pay more money when the receipt says the 155 is paid. So being there at 930in the morning waitwd 90min felt strong armed when i gave them the cash. They had my card, and the photo shows payment. Why is that ok? In other businesses if the transaction error is on the employee it shouldnt be put on the patient on next visit. Not ok, i been at a loss all day when it was somewhere i emhoyed going to. You need to make sure they write your orders and place the right stickers on the right products. I can't get over the fact I was forced to pay more money for product that shows it was paid. Been a patient here since they opened. Very disheartening day. read more

Everyone was friendly from entrance through the checkout. Had some cool people in the shop while I was there so it was nice to get some recommendations from them and those who were on staff. Order ahead for what you think you want and ask questions about what you're ordering to get the best match. If you know a strain you like, they have great recommendations for hybrids they currently have. Overall JB has some really great options compared to others out there. She's rude, unprofessional, and seems to be unstable. Encourages male patients to intimidate female patients. Tells patients she'll give them discounts for reviews.tells them she's a manager( she's not) lets everyone in the store take photos of other patients ( see other reviews) just look at real reviews, not paid for reviews.
