Trulive usually has the best stuff. I always give a good review. However. Today I splurged which I do sometimes and bought the top shelf Alien Farms Xeno strain. I have bought before and it is amazing. Almost pure white and with a funky unique flavor. So was excited to get home and try again. Today's version isn't even close. Doesn't look anything like Alien Labs. Tastes like chemicals like it wasn't properly flushed at harvest and just a very sub par content. I am very very disappointed in this. I spent 60 for it and feel like I was ripped off. Either Alien Labs has gone down hill or Trulieve is selling off brand stuff and calling it Alien Labs. Either way I'm not happy. Always had been! Came in around 8:40 I know they close at 9 but not a soul was out in the lobby or anywhere to be seen for a good 5-10 minutes. They took their sweet time for anyone to come out so they basically waited until 8:55 to try to help me out and made it seem like it was my fault because they couldn't do their job quick enough. I popped into Trulieve today and I'm happy to say its a classy place. I didn't even know it was there but was driving in Deerfield and spotted it. It's right off 95 in a convenient strip mall on the South Side of Hillsboro. I stepped in, not sure what to expect. There was a large waiting room with a few people sitting, and a couple people working at the front desk. Both the gals working there gave a cheery hello and quickly got me set up in their system. They took my prescription and I waited, about 6th in order. Despite the number of people in front of me in line, I was called in less than 5 minutes to the Display room. I found out the had a 1/2 off policy for 1st time visitors, that was great to hear. One of the best deals I have heard in a while. They were out of a few key products, and didnt carry some others that are common. That was disappointing. But the customer service was excellent. I was out the door after having walked in just 10 minutes before. If they can fix the issues they have with product supply it will be one of the best clinics in South Florida. but until then I will say it's just fine. read more

I have a medical condition and need to smoke so this was the first time in a dispensary. I walked into a very clean lobby area and immediately felt safe because of the armed guard next to the desk. The person behind the desk created and told me about the discounts as a first-timer with a card. After about a minute, I was called in and greeted by Matthew A and Mili (I think). They were very patient with me being my first time and me through the different options that were available. First off, the staff is Great! However, the customer experience at any Trulieve location is just hassle hassle hassle - from order to pick-up. After placing your online order and receiving confirmation, it could be 4 to 12 hours before the order is packaged and ready. Then when you arrive, there could be an additional 20 to 60 minute wait. Sitting in the waiting room today, I noticed walk-ins were getting the same wait time. Hmmm. Adding that locations are scattered across South Florida and I'm not near one, picking up could be an 1.5 hour ordeal for me. I'm not sure what the company processes are. They may make allot of sense from the retailer side. But from the customer standpoint it makes zero sense, since it adds unnecessary complexity to my day. Especially when Sunnyside dispensaries transactions are instantaneous. Never a wait time of any kind. Not sure why they can pull this off but Trulieve cannot. It's always a horrible ordeal going to Trulieve but I've given them the benefit of the doubt in the pass. That's wearing thin. The consistent hassle makes Trulieve a last resort. read more

This is the worst location now are used to go there all the time when it first opened, now I go to Delray much better customer service. There's so much friendlier when you come in the door you actually get a hello welcome to Trulieve and people are excited to help you.
