One improvement they need to make is on the smoothie bar. They have regular straws and the drinks are thick, so it's really hard to use a regular sized straw on a thick shake. Get bigger straws!!! They're cheap and easy to find and will make the smoothies a lot easier to drink. Other than that minor complaint I like this store a lot and will continue to use them for new ideas. Also a good idea to grab a bunch of protein bars here if you're not sure which to commit to.

Friends told us about this store and it lived up to all the hype. The first row is all wheat free and some dairy free...it's well priced. They're also the only place we can find butter made from soy. I met one of the owners and he told me his wife had food allergies so they are very devoted to my daughters issues. My wife shops there all the time now--she says they always have new products for our daughter to try ...it's a godsend for us.

They said there was nothing I could do and gave me an 800 number. I called them and spoke to someone 3-4x and no resolution until I expressed my frustration over and over again. They said I needed to touch base with my home store, which I already did. They gave me a smidge of a resolution but even follow up-I was the one that requested a call back to make sure the issue was resolved. It just seems like management and customer service are very disconnected and it was unprofessional that I was never called back repeatedly and had to keep calling and addressing the issue on the phone and in store. I'm thinking of purchasing these products from GNC, as their rewards system is seamless and I never have any issues there.

While at Tree of life center I was told they could cure that so I gave them 3 months to do so and they did. I have full use of my thumb and very happy I do not have to have surgery. I have had 3 appointments with them for various things and am well satisfied.
