We could tell something was off as soon as we inquired about seltzers. I have no idea what happened to her before we walked in but it felt like she was gearing up for some kind of confrontation before we even walked in the door. We don't even live in this state and have never been here before so maybe she is always like this but I hope not for her co-workers and anyone who encounters her. When she returned with our preorder and the added seltzers, my husband picked up one of the items that we had pre-ordered because we had never had it before and I was wondering if it was actually what we were looking for. I wasn't sure, so he asked if he could open it (a pouch with five sealed tinctures - we just wanted to see the tinctures) and she snapped at him "NO!! YOU CAN'T DO THAT IN A LIQUOR STORE SO WHY COULD YOU DO IT HERE??" Ok....No worries. Noted... Then, while my husband and I were debating whether we still wanted to purchase that product he picked it up again and she snatched it away from him and snapped at him to "not handle the product!!!!". It was sealed, and in a bag that was also sealed, he was just reading the package, no need for her borderline hysterics. I said, "yes, we understand, you really don't need to be so rude" and that's when things got really uncomfortable - she then accused me of calling her a bitch under my breath, and screamed at me that she was "denying service." I am still stunned by this whole encounter and the unprofessionalism that occurred. I work in HR for a large, international company and I have seen a lot of things...this girl needs some serious counseling. Also - no, I didn't call her a bitch nor was I even speaking. The man tending the front entrance came in to see why she was screaming, and could see that we had done nothing and it seemed like he was annoyed at the situation (hmmm maybe she does this often?) so the transaction was completed even though I would have preferred to have left but they already had my card information and we were halfway finished with the transaction. She then loudly called me a bitch on my way out - as I turned the corner and was out of her sight line. There is no number to call or way to contact the store as far as I can tell, so I'm posting this here. Suffice to say we will absolutely not return or recommend this establishment.
