When I asked about donating, he told me he was eating and asked me to leave and come back in 10 minutes because he didn't want anyone "breathing on his food." Let me be clear: I wasn't asking for service--I was offering a donation. And instead of simply setting his food aside for a minute like any professional would, he sent me away. Meanwhile, people were coming and going from the store just fine. It was a completely ridiculous and rude interaction. It's simple; they just have bad customer service.

This decision was a great choice due to the fact that this store had a great selection of cigars as well as rolling tobacco. They had cigars ranging in price which made it easy to find the perfect cigar. The other great thing about this store is the fact that they sell their old cigar boxes in which the merchandise came in. I though that this was cool for two separate reasons. The first reason is that it made a great gift box for the cigar, cutter and lighter I bought at this store. The second is that they donate the money from the sales of these boxes to charities. I thought that this was a great way to support others. The only improvement that I can see is that the cashier wasn't as helpful as I had hoped for, and she spent the majority of our time in the store talking on the phone. This was frustrating because I wanted to ask her a few questions about some cigar choices. Besides that, it was a great store!
