The day of the appointment, the irrigation technician showed up, and turned on our water. He went through zone one and within 3 to 5 minutes told me the valve was stuck open and needed to be replaced. There was no diagnosis and no other zones were tested. When he arrived back at my door within minutes he just stated the office would be in touch. I pointed to where my valves were located, shocked that he wouldn't try to upsell and fix the valve right there. The next day I receive a bill of $288 dollars with an estimate of $440 to replace the valve. Naturally, I was shocked to have received a bill for 0 work being done and an estimate so high for a valve. I called to inquire why it would cost $440 to have this valve "unstuck". I was told that they do not replace solenoids and that the valve is cut out and replaced. The estimate included "locating the valves" which are located in the front yard in a box. After a few back and forth calls with the office, most of my questions regarding the overall service were not answered. I asked if they "fix" this first valve, who's to say the others aren't stuck? I was billed for sprinkler adjustment and repairs, but nothing was done. The tech turned on the water, noticed the valve was stuck opened and then turned off the water. He was in my yard a total of 5 minutes and sat in the truck outside of my house for another 6 minutes. Mid-South irrigation has lost my business. I would not recommend for irrigation work. There is no field manager for the technicians only an office manager who could not answer complex questions regarding the valve in question. I would not recommend and had high hopes for them to service my irrigation. Please do not get stuck paying a huge bill for no work being complete.

Worse still, their plumber didn't follow code by overstretching water hoses under the sinks, causing a valve to leak in an under-counter hot water heater. The leak wasn't noticed until a year later when water had flooded the inside cabinet and started leaking onto the hardwood kitchen floor, ruining both the cabinet and part of the floor. Justin, the owner, refused to repair the damage or even return any of my repeated calls. Complaint to Better Business Bureau was denied since 1 year warranty had expired. Ethical contractors don't operate this way, and will stand behind their work.

We'd even asked for our project to include a few extras which included installing new attic stairs, new faucets, replacing a ceiling fan in a vaulted ceiling, and repairing some loosely-fitting light fixtures. Justin, Wes, Phil, and the others went above and beyond by pointing out a couple of underlying electrical issues (bad boxes and supports) and a leaky garbage disposal which needed to be addressed. Not only were these extras pointed out, but the team fixed them at a very reasonable cost. This company truly is a, "one stop shop" for a homeowner's project/contractor needs. My wife and I will definitely use them again when it's time to do other major home renovations in the future. Great job!

His team showed up within days and fixed our issue with some very sturdy railroad ties that will probably outlast the house. This project was so successful that we asked him to bring an old in-ground sprinkler system back to life and he had someone out to check it out very quickly.
