I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I do a lot of shopping online and this is the most disappointing experience I have ever had. They charged my card immediately but did not send any order confirmation or shipping information. I waited six weeks for the planters or at least a return phone call, but received nothing. I have to question if this is a real business or a scam.
