I sent a request through their online form after business hours, and I had a response at 8 AM the next day. I met with Justin, and he was friendly and professional. I told him I had had a bad experience in the past with an accountant charging me hourly and ending up with a huge bill. He agreed to give me a set price and told me about it up front. No hidden fees. I got him my paperwork about 3 weeks before the deadline, and he had everything done within a week. He called with bad news-I owed a TON of money, but he did a great job of helping me find things that I could expense that I missed. He helped reduce what I owed by about a quarter. He helped me file for both my small businesses-real estate and photography, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him!

Although we were supposed to be paid on a weekly or biweekly schedule, we needed to make contact with them directly on multiple occasions due to payments not arriving. More than once, we were not paid for services rendered more than one month out. We ended up having to drive directly to them to pick up a check at one point and today it seems we will have to do that again as we have not been paid since 11/18/17 (today is 1/09/17). They have responded to our inquiries with confusing and contradictory replies. We have heard from other contractors and employees that this has been the case for them as well. I would not count on them for payroll AT ALL.
