They do a good job and are quite professional. However they go quickly and have broken small things such as the blinds control lever. At first we didnt always get the same people so we sometimes had to explain anew what we wanted done, and there is usually a language barrier. In cases where something small was damaged Maisa has reimbursed us. If you get a team you like and can get Maisa to always send the same team, they will learn your house and do a good job. read more

I will start with the positives. They were very quick to respond. we had guests coming in town and my normal cleaning lady had a family emergency. I did not have time to clean myself, so I was grateful that they were able to fit me in. Also, the two women who were friendly and responsive. If you're having a "cleaning emergency" this is a good company. Now to the not as good. I paid for a "deep cleaning." my house is quite small, but I was still surprised that they were basically done in an under an hour and a half. I had noticed they weren't cleaning the surfaces with actual cleaning fluid, and I had to ask them to do so. I also found dust on a number of surfaces and windowsills. I pointed things out until it just felt so uncomfortable. I had to stop. But even after they left, a number of decorative books and vases were covered in dust. Let me be clear, being this person doesn't feel good. You're having someone clean your house, and you don't want to be pointing out dust on a windowsill. It feels crazy. But I also know what I paid for. A deep clean, to me, includes wiping down all surfaces with cleaner, as well as vacuuming under furniture, cleaning the floor mats. etc. So, again. For a last-minute Band-Aid? They are great. But I would not consider what they call a deep, clean and actual deep clean. read more

Workers were on time and very pleasant, though communicating was fairly difficult through phone translation. Ended up costing more since most cleaners charge one price for a deep clean-they charge by the hour as it turned out. I had to re-clean toilet bases myself as well as around sink bases. Was unable to see what "cleaning" products were used without "hovering". It appeared that a damp mop was used to "clean" my good hardwood floors. In desperation, I searched for someone to clean on short notice, and the first to respond was Maisa (within the hour on a Thursday night.)
