Full disclosure I went there for my builders license and and had a great experience. I approached the staff as soon as I found out that there is no accreditatio and was told the owner is out of country. I lost $545 and wasted a days time. The teacher even said you are all technically home inspectors already. I'm a licensed builder. There is no point of the class and they said they will let me know about the returning of my funds. I told them I feel this is a huge scam and there is no certification offered. They responded with no but there is a "certificate". To which there is no database where a homeowner could verfit through the state. I am very unhappy with this experienc! $545 is not a little sum of money but more importantly I lost a days time.

Elizabeth was the person assigned to close my file, but not only did she not do absolutely no part of her job at all, she NEVER EVER returned my calls or emails to let me know what was going on with my file. We had underwriting Clear to Close and loan docs were generated and sent to title to be signed; however, no one could get in touch with Elizabeth at title ever. After almost an entire 2 weeks of calling, leaving messages, and emailing title we still NEVER heard back from Elizabeth. Every time I would call the office the receptionist would tell me that Elizabeth wasn't in and that she was the only one that had any information about my file. It's like Elizabeth was a phantom employee and didn't really exist. Eventually my loan processor got in touch with Sara at title and then the games began. We were asked for things that had absolutely nothing to do with closing the loan. It seemed like a joke and they were just asking for random things to stall because no one in that office actually knows anything remotely related to the title business. It's as though everyone in that office up and quit at the same time and they had to hire an office full of temps. Needless to say, my loan never closed due to their incompetency and complete lack of professionalism. Don't walk, RUN AWAY from this place, if you value your deals and actually want them to close.
