I understand after hours service I understand a…read moreweekend service but I do not understand being charged for gas mileage for someone to drive from an out of town service call back in to Evansville when you had to come this way anyway was your tech going to spend the night out of town until he got the next call if we would not have called I do not feel that I should be punished because the call before mine was an out of town person this is a problem that I feel needs to be addressed every single person that I told how much I was charged for a Friday evening call was shocked to say the least I am still dumbfounded at the price I had to pay needless to say I will not be calling you for any other service call needs

This company showed up to a rental house that we own to fix a valve and replace a sink trap. After…read morethe initial work, the tenant began having issues with drainage. The tenant contacted them to notify them about the sink was backing up and she thought it was from the plumbers putty that was left in the sink drain. They came to the property and did not explain to the tenant that this would be considered a "new" issue and would be billed. The 3rd time that they were called to "fix" what the tenant assumed was still an issue was plumber putty, they proceeded to dig up the drain line without notifying the tenant or either my wife or I. The tenant then called us to inform us that they had dug up the drain and left it dismantled. We notified by the company that they needed to bring in equipment and the estimate to bring in equipment and fix the issue would be $4000. We were billed for all 3 times that they came to the house although we as the landlords were only informed and asked permission to work on the property the first time. We paid the first bill without comment, however, we questioned the other 2 bills due to not being formed and the work being left unfinished and were told that the bills were to be paid in full. In order to fix the issue, I had another plumber clean the line and I repaired the pipe in 1 hour myself. Total cost was $250. They took us to small claims court for the 2 contested bills. I would encourage you to be careful before using their services and make sure you understand their billing policies before employing them.

I called them when my water hreater went out and they told me I needed a control switch. Charged me…read more$300 for a part that cost $169... told me they always charge more for the part than they pay for it bc that's how they make their money. Then charged me $500 told put it on. I talked to two other local plumbers AND googled what the price for a professional plumber to install a new switch and EVERY SINGLE ONE told me it should cost between $300-$500 because it was an easy repair. On top of that the plumber they sent drained the water out of the unit instead of shutting main water line off drenching every towel I had. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!!! Also the customer service there is horrible! Molly is very rude, and wasnt concerned at all with my bad experience
